• Choose a Payment Plan to divide your subscription cost over six installments, interest-free, with automatic credit card billing—details outlined at checkout. The first payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made via credit card. The remaining payments will be automatically charged to that same credit card on subsequent dates. Available payment plan options will be presented to you during checkout.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Season Subscriptions and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the Broadway in Austin season offer details posted on this page. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to all such Terms and Conditions.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: You will be automatically renewed each season into a full subscription package. Package prices and details will vary each season. Your credit card will be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you’re on a plan). You have 30 days from the date of the season announcement to cancel the renewal via the cancellation link in the email or in your online account or calling/emailing us. If you cancel before the charge date from the email, you won’t be charged. After that date, we’ll refund you if you make the request within the 30-day window. A valid credit card and email are required.

RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season subscription for the 2026-2027 season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than Thursday, April 9, 2026, to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by Thursday, April 9, 2026, and are limited to one request per season ticket package account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription will be offered.

PRICING: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $60 in processing fees, a total of $40 (8-show package) or $35 (7-show package) in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron Club or Texas Inner Circle subscription fee. There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be cancelled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. No refunds.

PATRON CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS: Patron Club subscriptions (Orchestra Rows A–S; First Balcony Rows A–M) include a $135 additional fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron Club subscribers receive priority access to premium Patron Club seating locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits for Patron Club subscribers include drink vouchers, parking vouchers, and access to the Patron Club Lounge.

TEXAS INNER CIRCLE DONOR VIP SUBSCRIPTIONS: Texas Inner Circle Donor VIP subscriptions (Orchestra Prime Rows A-F (A: 111–126; B: 114–129; C: 115–130; D: 116–131; E: 117–132; F: 117–136 and ADA S:109-110) include a $250 donation to the Texas Performing Arts Texas Inner Circle for each subscription ticket ordered, with a minimum donation of $500 per subscriber account, and the $135 additional Patron Club fee. Donations to Texas Performing Arts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Texas Inner Circle Donors receive all Patron Club benefits, plus access to the Texas Inner Circle VIP lounge, and pre-sale access to TPA’s Texas Welcomes series of concerts and comedy as well as their annual season of curated performing arts events.

SEASON OPTIONS: Season Options are not included in any subscription package. An additional purchase is required, and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase and are not eligible for the Payment Plan. Ticket prices for the Season Options include a $5 per ticket facility fee and $14 per ticket service fee. If your subscription is not renewed, any Season Options you purchase will be automatically cancelled and refunded without notice.

UPGRADES: A few weeks after the final renewal deadline, all renewed Broadway in Austin Subscribers will be emailed information on when upgrades will be available. A second email will be sent the following week when your upgrade window opens with an invitation to review available locations from Subscribers that did not renew. If you are happy with your seats, no action is needed. If you want to make a change, the email will contain a link to log into your online Broadway account and based on availability, you can change seat locations on the package level, and/or the performance day and time you attend. Seating upgrades are subject to availability. The difference in price is due at the time of upgrade. When downgrading into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be refunded to your original method of payment purchase or issued as a credit to your account within 14 business days.

EXCHANGES: The ability to exchange individual shows will begin shortly after the upgrade window. Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your performance or by 5 pm on Friday for weekend performances. In some cases, a show may require exchanges to be completed 72 hours prior to your ticketed performance. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. When exchanging into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be refunded to your original method of purchase or issued as a credit to your account within 14 business days. New Subscribers (including any Subscribers who are not renewing from the previous season), will incur a $5 per ticket exchange service fee during their first season. Renewing Subscribers will not incur this exchange service fee.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS: The benefit of purchasing additional tickets to the individual shows in the season package prior to public on sale will be available after the upgrade window. Orders that exceed the ticket limit (8 tickets) will be cancelled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. Additional tickets are subject to availability and prices include a $5 per ticket facility fee and a $14 per ticket service fee.
