I saw the idea for hand prints as a family tree on Pinterest and loved the idea. I just added an extra spin on it with the swirls of multiple colors, glitter and buttons to make it my own spunky style.
I will probably have to make more of these for Grandparents.I was a fun project to do!

Jarrin's Baptism
One of the MOST important days in Jarrin's life! We are SO happy that he choose to be baptized and is choosing to follow his Savior's example to be clean and is trying to stay clean and pure. I am so thankful he is able to have the Gift of the Holy Ghost given to him to be his constant companion to help him in making righteous choices and to help him if he's in harms way.I am also thankful for my Husband's worthiness to Baptize Jarrin.
He is so happy.
As one of his gifts from Mom and Dad, I made him his own CTR towel with a Baptism poem attached. I got the idea from a good friend on her blog HERE.
Jarrin's teacher, Judy Simon gave a talk {which was GREAT} and also gave him a Baptism Box with all sorts of goodies in it including a bottle of his Baptism water!! How cool is that!?
Along with his towel, Nana, Papa and Great Grandma Brown, along with Brad and I pitched in to get him his first Quad scripture set with marking pencils and a Baptism book to remember his perfect day!
We then got to go out for Pizza afterwards to celebrate! What an AMAZING day!

Jarrin's 8th Birthday
Jarrin started out his Birthday with the usual shopping/dinner outing with Nana and Papa Brown the evening before. He came home with all sorts of goodies!
We also had his Family Birthday at home. He requested Stuffed french toast and spam for his breakfast. Mmmmmm. I am hungry for that just writing it! Keeley got him a hunting Wii game. That thrilled him immensely!
Then he got the BIG gift from Mom and Dad with the help from our Aunt Pat and Uncle Dennis, a BOW! A real bow! hahaha, no more fake sissy ones, he's got the real deal now! Boy was he excited!
He requested an Apple Pie for his dessert, which he, of course, got!
For his Friend's Party, he requested a forest cake with animals....so....that's what he got. It reminded us of the Cabela's Mountain. Jarrin LOVED it!
The kids got to play a game and dress up in some huge sweats and had to stuff as many balloons as they could inside. That was hilarious!
Gift time! Jarrin and Amber.
Auntie Maranda and Uncle Lance got his hunting Wii gun to go with his game.
Jarrin and Ava.
Jarrin and Josh.
Jarrin and Issac. I don't think they could ever be serious while in each other's presence.
Jarrin and Derek.
Jarrin and Logan.
It was a great party and everyone had a great time! So thankful for everyone that was able to be with us for Jarrin's special day! We have an AMAZING family and friends!

When Sawyer Finds Markers
How could I not still want to smooch on that cute face.
What a never ending adventure in our home with Sawyer in our lives!
Wednesday
Wow! I have missed a ton of events! First off~ Sawyer and his Birthday!
He was so excited to open his presents. A new piggy bank....
a.....receipt? Yes, he got so excited when he saw the receipt and we had to explain to him that it wasn't a present!
He also got his first fishing pole so he can catch his first fish on it this summer.
Underwear...he sure loved it!
He also got a preschool playmobile set. He loves Jarrin and Keeley's so Nana and Papa Brown got him his own set which he LOVES!
Last of all, what every little boy needs, a BIG dump truck to play in the dirt!
Sawyer requested a Darth Vader cake so I made it. He loved it!
It's his whole helmet, face and all. Didn't apparently get a front shot of it . I will have to add it later.
Love black frosting? I do and I got some when I smooched him with those lips!
It was a very Happy Birthday for my Sawyer!
