Majority of the Photobucket accounts I used for the older posts have been deleted or are inaccessible to me now. If you come across a post that says it's been archived, this is likely the reason why.
If you're looking a specific icon set that's been marked as archived but isn't posted on either the website or backup comm, please send me a PM and I'll check if I still have the icons uploaded elsewhere.
