I can't believe she's 10 months old. Ava's such a sweetie and curious as can be. She already gets a hold of things the twins never managed to get. She "crawls" around pretty good, but not in the traditional sort of way. GO Ava GO.

My Granddad passed away peacefully on July 29th. His funeral services were held on August 3rd in Pampa. It was like a family reunion with a really good turn out. We got to visit with people I've never met and with others we haven't seen in years. We'll miss Granddad!!!

Grammy's niece, her two daughters and grandchildren came to visit for the first time on July 28th. Grammy was thrilled to have some of her relatives from Mexico come. They brought lots of family history stories and information, made from scratch enchiladas and visited and played with everyone. Annalou is Grammy's niece. Jasmine and Louanna are Annalou's daughters, and Isabella (Bella) and Taylor are Jasmine's children.
