Sledding Fun

Luke LOVED the snow over Christmas.

He begged to go outside every minute to play in it. 

It was so cute to see him making snowballs & snow angels with his cousins. 

Here's a few pictures I took of him paying around. 

 We took the kids up sledding and had so much fun.

This is my kind of sledding.

An escalator type thing pulls you and your tube up a hill and then all you have to do is jump on your tube and have fun down the hill.

These were some big hills so I was a little worried at first that Luke would be scared of going too fast.

I was wrong, he loved it and kept asking to go more.

Christmas Time 2012

Christmas came & went this year in a flash. 

But just because it went by at a record setting pace for us doesn't mean that it was any less special.

We had the most incredible time with our families in Utah. 

Seeing Luke with his cousins is one of my favorite things in the world. 

Because last year we were in Hawaii over Christmas and didn't get to do all our family traditions it felt extra special this year to visit them all again together. 

(But don't get me wrong Hawaii was pretty magical as well)

My Mom surprised us all with framed copies of the above picture on Christmas Eve.

We started talking and figured out that was exactly 10 years ago and it would be so fun to reenact 

the pose a decade later. 

Can you believe how bog my baby brother is??  Well I cant!

We had the annual Stewart Family Christmas Party where Santa visited us all.

The same Santa has visited our house for seriously I don't even know how long but a lot longer then a decade. He brings presents for everyone and we just love the tradition.

 Of course we had to act out the nativity scene. 

Luke thought that huge sherd staff was so cool.

But after a little it turned in to a weapon. Haha

 And after a couple of minutes he got bored and quickly began flying off the couches into the air as we tried to read of Christ's birth.  Nice listening skills buddy. 

The 3 cutest cousins around. 

Even Stewie made best friends quickly with my families new little kitten Raja. 

 Christmas morning was so much fun.

We waited for the kids to come up the stairs and I was so excited to see Luke's face. 

Our cute family stockings that only took me hundreds of hours to complete.

There big un wrapped presents just waiting for them. 

All the kids together in one house, my favorite thing. 

My sisters new baby just about made my Christmas.

Baby Scarlett is an angel to say the least. 

Christmas dinner was magical and delicious and everything a Christmas dinner should be.

Wouldn't you die for my Mom's Mikasa Christmas China??  I would. 

This year not only was the Buche de Noel 

gorgeous it turned out so yummy! 

This is one of my favorite traditions. 

2012 you were good to us.

Here's to a fabulous 2013 to come. 

Polar Express

Over Christmas my parents took us on the cutest Polar Express Train Ride up in Heber Valley.

It was basically more than Luke could have ever asked for and I have rarely if ever seen him so excited & happy. It sure was something to remember. Elves in each car delivering cookies & hot cocoa and singing songs while the kids were all in their Christmas pajamas while heading up to the "North Pole" to find Santa.

We had so much fun with the cousins and hope to be able to do it again.
