Mental Well-Being
I can’t change people. No matter how hard I try. The good news I can change myself. I can think differently. Change my attitude. And be grateful for all the wonderful things God gives me daily!

My Amaryllis had SEVEN blooms this year. I’ve never had so many. These are the last four. There were two separate stalks.

When it rains it pours. Still am recovering from long covid, asthma not so good and have extreme fatigue, low BP and other nasty symptoms. On top of that we have winter storm with extreme temps, winds and snow……suppose to be for a week (that’s a long time). I prepared the best I can. Been having technical-online problems lately and having problems with getting here at Bezzy too. That makes my isolation worse too. Living alone and being older I’ve been feeling terrified! I’m quite isolated, for right now need to bunker down at home. I thrive seeing others and this is painfully hard for me. My depression and anxiety are through the roof. I’m praying a lot and am very thankful for all of you here at Bezzy. I just need kindness and compassion. I’m feeling scared and alone right now.
