It has been way to long and I know that I am going out of order but I had to post this video of my cutie pie Dax. He just turned 6 months old and he is army crawling. It is so cute!

Dax is also really starting to enjoy baby food. He is not a big fan a anything really sweet like apple sauce. He loves sweet potatoes. He loves water bottles. He will fall out of his bumbo to get a water bottle. He is one determined little guy. I love his little smile. He is definitely a mammas boy...and I am okay with that. :) He loves his siblings. Brooks is convinced that Dax loves Brooks fish, Mr. Philly, because Dax will  stop crying when he is near the fish. Dax is so dang cute and it is crazy how much he reminds me of Brooks. They have the same look. It freaks me out sometimes. ha ha!

JIMMER TIME! Dylan's turns 6!

 My sweet Dylan turned 6! I cant believe it! He was so cute the morning of his birthday. When went into his room to sing to him, in the morning, he was already awake and hiding behind his door to scare us. He also got up at 6 am and came into our room and wanted to remind us that it was his birthday.

 Ryann had to be next to the birthday boy.

 If you hadn't noticed, Dylan LOVES Jimmer Fredette. He decided LAST year to have a Jimmer party this year. So we had a fun filled Jimmer party. This was his cute invite.

We had presents next. Those pics are on Jakes phone so I will have to add those later. But Dylan opened his present from Jimmer and it was a special video  message from Jimmer saying happy birthday to Dylan. Jimmer made sure that he said certain things to Dylan that would be special and mean something to Dylan.

Now its time for cake! Its a Jersey cake!

 We love Dylan! He was so much fun at this party. He was definitely the center of attention. He's a funny kid!

Dylan,"Well, I am going to be a football player in the DAY and a ninja at Night. You get to wear all black and hide in the shadows. Its cool."

Ryann had been playing outside all day and was really dirty. So I told her that she needs to take a bath before she goes to bed. Normally she LOVES to take baths but she was So tired and grumpy that she was fighting me and didn't want to do it. FInally she gave in but on one condition..." Okay mom, but I want curlers in my hair!" Thats my girl!

Brooks is so good with Dax. He is the only one of the kids that can hold Dax for me when I need help and Dax doesn't cry. He is such a BIG help to me.

Dax has had  a hard time gaining weight for whatever reason. At his 2 week check up, he weighed 7.2 lbs. My doctor was concerned since at their 2 week check up he should be at least back to birth weight, 7.4 lbs. So they wanted us to bring him back in in a week. He should be gaining 1/2-1 ounce everyday. I brought him back in in a week and he had only gained 1 ounce. I was so upset and worried. This kid eats all of the time and never spit up. Where was it all going? After that, the pediatrician wanted me to nurse him AND supplement him with formula and see what happens. So after a week of that, we had a weight check and Dax was at 7.9 lbs . Next week, 8.1lbs and the week after that, 8.12 lbs. So for whatever reason, it just took him a little while to gain weight. So at 6 weeks Dax is 8.12 lbs.

 They had a lot of fun. Its funny how we have lived 2 seconds away from this place for 7 years and this is the first time we have been here.

 Me-ma Wright came a day before his birthday and gave him his special gift that she knew he couldn't wait for any longer...

 HIS KINDLE FIRE! Brooks loves to read and now he can read on his Kindle.

 Now that Brooks is eight, he is in Cub Scouts. And he had his Blue and Gold Banquet that we got to go to and get his BobCat that he earned.

 Brooks also got his face painted. When they announced that they were going to do something new with face painting, I was a little worried that it was going to involve Brooks painting MY face...luckily, it was HIS face.
