In 2008, when Dr Archana PM joined Himalaya as a Research Scientist, she realized that she wouldn’t just be working in the lab, but, would be networking with many teams involved in the development of a product. However, little did she know that in the years to come, she would go on to shape and enhance the functionality of the R&D team as a Project Manager – a completely new role that hadn’t yet existed at Himalaya. “I started my journey at Himalaya as a Research Scientist and later moved to a Managerial role in the Pharma Innovation cell. Over the years, I transitioned from a technical role to a technical management role, which helped me understand the nuances and strengths of cross-functional teams. As a Project Manager, I got to experience the joy of collaborative work and received intensive training from the organization and support from my peers. The learning at Himalaya over the past 12 years has been vast, and now it’s a new kind of learning. It’s time for me to get better every day!” #WomenAtHimalaya #thehimalayadrugcompany #womenempowerment #womeninbusiness #womenpower
