The Annual General Meeting of members of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) will be held on 25 May 2023 at 12h00.
Registration and proxy voting via SAICA’s e-voting platform will open at 12h00 on Thursday 4 May 2023 and close at 12h00 on Tuesday 23 May 2023.
In order to use the e-voting facility, members must register and cast their proxy e-votes and follow the on-screen prompts which will be detailed in the e-voting Guidelines. There will be no paper-based proxy-voting option and all proxy-voting will be conducted through the e-voting system.
Voting will also be possible on the e-voting solution during AGM proceedings on 25 May 2023.
