Please join us as we welcome Mike Fay to the Coffee Klatch. He will discuss a Teamwork Incentive Program project on SR-520 that saves tax- and toll-payers $10 million annually.

Mike Fay is the Administrative Risk Manager for the Washington State Department of Transportation. In this role, Mike leads the efforts surrounding claims and litigation against the agency, facilitates the insurance needs for the agency, and leads the team that recovers money owed to WSDOT for 3^rd party damages to the transportation infrastructure.

The Coffee Klatch is a one-hour virtual coffee break on the second Thursday of each month featuring guests who share practical ideas, personal insights, and real-world approaches to working smarter, improving processes, and building habits that support efficiency and morale. It’s a space to learn, connect, and be inspired to make small changes that can lead to great impact.
