Alternatives to Suspension and Manifestation Determination

In this training, behavior consultants will provide administrators with alternatives to suspension that keep students in school. Additionally, for those circumstances that require removal, compliance consultants will focus on what data to review when making a manifestation determination, as well as how to document suspensions while remaining compliant with IDEA. This workshop is intended for school administrators and special education directors. Registration and a light breakfast will begin at 8:30. Lunch and parking are included.
