IMPORTANT
1. In-person places are limited – please wait for acceptance
Attendance is capped at two participants per agency or organisation to ensure fair access and balanced representation. Registration does not guarantee acceptance. Please do not book travel or accommodation until you receive a confirmation email.
2. Private-sector fee to support global participation
Participation is free for public-sector, non-profit, academic and international organisations, both in person and online.
Private-sector participants are subject to a fee of EUR 500 per person
for in-person participation only. This helps us fund travel and accommodation for selected public-sector speakers and participants who would otherwise not be able to join us. Payment instructions will be sent with confirmation. The fee will be refunded on request for confirmed speakers. Thank you for your support! The conference remains free for all online participants.
3. Restricted access to Day 2Participation on Day 2 (in person or online) is strictly limited to law enforcement and related public authorities, with limited exceptions for certain international organisations on a case-by-case basis. This helps create a safe and trusted environment for sharing information and updates.
