PureFi enters into a partnership with Zone of Avoidance (ZOA)
PureFi enters into a collaboration with ZOA to ennoble the legal compliance of the Play-2-Earn game and NFT marketplaces
PureFi, a decentralized protocol for onboarding institutional investors into DeFi through analytics, compliance, and security solutions, and ZOA, a PVP/PVE, Play-to-Earn, NFT-based auto battler, are entering into a mutually beneficial partnership with a common goal of setting a high standard low-risk entry into Web3 space for institutional and retail investors.
Being a Play-2-Earn game implies that there will be in-tradable NFT items for buying and selling within the gamespace. Thus, ZOA shall also be perceived as an NFT marketplace by its nature. According to the player’s region, different law requirements for sale and/or purchase will be implied. For instance, excerpts from the UK legislation can support the statement with the Age of Legal Capacity Act 1991. This Act translates that “(a) a person under the age of 16 years shall, subject to section 2 below, have no legal capacity to enter into any transaction; (b) a person of or over the age of 16 years shall have the legal capacity to enter into any transaction.”
With AML compliance technology playing an increasingly critical role in enabling ZOA to become a legally compliant Play-2-Earn game and NFT marketplace, PureFi Credentials Verification SDK will be integrated into the ZOA platform in 2 stages:
- PureFi Credentials Verification SDK will help verify the users’ identities before they perform any transactions within the platform;
- PureFi AML technology will enable ZOA to trace dirty funds within its liquidity pools.
