Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld has added former Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring and former Virginia Deputy Solicitor General Martine Cicconi as co-leads in its state attorneys general practice, as the firm continues to lean into what is expected to be a strong environment for regulatory and investigation work moving forward.
