CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard Women's Volleyball team is slated to play 23 games, including 14 conference games, through their 2023 season, Head Coach Jennifer Weiss announced on Tuesday. The season will run from Friday, Sept. 1 through the Ivy League Tournament from November 17-18. 
 
The team's 2023 season will start on Friday, Sept. 1 as Harvard hosts Stonehill, New Hampshire and Holy Cross for the Harvard Invitational. Harvard got their first win of the 2022 season at last year's Harvard Invitational and will hope to start on a high note at home once again in 2023.
 
Following their opening weekend at home, Harvard will tour the state of Ohio with contests at Akron and Cleveland State. The team will return to Cambridge for a home match against Merrimack, an away contest at Boston College and a home match against Providence to close out nonconference play on September 16.
 
Conference play will begin on September 22 at Dartmouth. After two more conference road contests at Columbia and Cornell, Harvard will host their first Ivy League matches at home against Princeton and Penn on October 6 and 7.
 
Ivy League play will stretch throughout the remainder of October and November. Harvard will celebrate homecoming with Fall Fest on October 28 with a home match against Columbia.
 
The final regular season match of the season will come on November 11 at Princeton. Following the conclusion of regular season play, the top four teams in the Ivy League standings will travel to the number one seed for the Ivy League Tournament from November 17-18.
 
Harvard closed out the 2022 season with a 5-17 record including four Ivy League wins over Penn, Columbia and Cornell. Corinne Furey and Grace Allen will captain the 2023 team.
