The app has gotten slower to open. Take's forever to load on some occasions I have to reset my phone because it won't load at all which makes it impossible to pick up extra shifts or take vto before the oppertunity is gone. I rarely or never get notifications (even though notifications are enabled) that shifts drop for my department. Ex a shift (7:30am - 6:00pm) droped for my department for sept 20th it is full, I never got a notification. Went through all of my previous notification's nothing.

Zero stars! In the past few weeks I noticed several parts of this app take FOR-EV-ER to load and most recently as last night won't ever load. It's the "home" page and the "schedule" page, particularly the "my schedule" page. Once I select the schedule section and things don't load I scroll over to the "Find Shifts" section and that will load eventually. This "never loading" or "taking 5 minutes" to load makes it incredibly hard to pick up shifts and do the things I need to do. Please help.

Not sure what's going on with this app but it's not letting me log in for the past couple of months. I had to un-install it & re-install to get it to work. It worked for a month & now it's doing the same thing again. I have to use the website, which takes longer to get into, to accept VTO or VET. Can yaw pls check out the bugs in this app. It used to be so great and so convenient... I use it everyday. I'll change to 5stars when bugs are fixed... Thankyou!
