Official Booking for DJ 617 Thank you for considering DJ 617 for your event! We value your interest and would like to provide you with the following terms and conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Booking Confirmation: a. All bookings will be confirmed via form, which must be signed. b. Failure to return the confirmed booking will result in DJ 617 not performing at the event.

2. Payment: a. Upon confirmation, a 50% deposit of the total amount must be paid to tye.dinzel resident to secure DJ 617's services. b. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the event. c. Failure to pay the remaining balance upon arrival will result in DJ 617 not performing, and no refund will be provided. d. Kindly note that submitting the booking form does not guarantee the reservation of your event with DJ617. To secure DJ617's availability for your event, it is necessary to make a payment of the retainer fee to one of the managers. For emergency bookings, please reach out to tye.dinzel or silverspoonlyfestyle inworld to promptly confirm and secure your booking.

3. Attendance: a. DJ 617 is not responsible for managing the number of attendees at the event. b. All event advertising is the responsibility of the event's PR and promotional team. c. DJ 617 will share any provided flyers and promotions with the manager, who will promptly post them.

4. Performance Time: a. DJ 617 will perform during the designated time agreed upon. b. In the event of a delay, the extension of the performance time will be at DJ 617's discretion, based on the original agreed-upon duration.

5. Collaboration DJing: If there is an additional DJ confirmed to perform, please inform us promptly to avoid any potential issues arising from differences in performance quality or DJ styles. In the event that the identity of the other DJ is unknown, please provide us with updates as soon as the selection is finalized.

6. Late Booking: If this form is submitted within 24 hours or less before the event/party, an emergency late fee of 1200Ls will be applied. This form must be filled out and tye.dinzel(inworld) must be contacted or @issasnakpaktoo if via Instagram. This fee must be paid along with the retainer to secure the booking.

7. Griefing Policy - If push and build options are enabled on the sim and DJ617 or the sim itself starts experiencing excessive hudding or potential threats, DJ617 has the right to relocate to a secure location to ensure the safety of his computer and complete his scheduled time/booking. If the use of push and build is not essential to the overall experience, it is requested to disable these features once the tip jar is rezzed. This will help prevent any potential damage or disruptions.

REFUND POLICY:

• A full refund will be provided if DJ 617 cancels the booking due to a real-life emergency.
• If you cancel the event within 96 hours there is no refund for the retainer. If you have made the full payment you are entitled to 50% of the total, not including the retainer i.e.( 2500-1250= refund amount 1250.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee the booking. Once you submit the form, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours.
