Power UP! 
Thanks for your interest in our training course. To be able to build a well-rounded cohort of participants, we would like to get to know you a little more. Therefore, please, fill in the following questionnaire.

The Power UP training course is an international Erasmus+ KA153-YOU activity aimed at equipping youth workers with the tools, knowledge, and leadership skills to promote sustainability, renewable energy, and responsible youth engagement across Europe. Set in Slovakia, this intensive programme focuses on strengthening the capacity of youth workers to lead transformative environmental projects through non-formal education methods. Accommodation and food will be provided and financed by the EU Erasmus+ during the whole project. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to the allowed amount. All travel expenses must be approved by project manager from NextGen Energy prior to purchasing them.

1. By submitting this application form, you agree that you will be attending the entire program (unless you have an approval with the trainer/coordinator).
2. All expenses must be approved by the project coordinator from NextGen Energy before purchasing them. Failing to do so will result in not having them reimbursed from NextGen Energy. 
3. Consumption of any illicit substances is not allowed.
4. All participants are required to have health and liability insurance valid in Slovakia during the training course
5. Any damages to third-party property will be deducted from your reimbursement.
