This is a fun action adventure love story that will keep the reader turning pages! Yasotay, the protagonist, is a likeable guy. A man’s man. Smart, athletic, and a highly trained warrior. But he’s also calm and has a sense of purpose. Unhappy with scheming politics in China, Yasotay embarkes on a journey to Mongolia. A tribal region with no apparent rules but that of the local tribespeople. He stumbles across this Wild West tribal society and soon becomes immersed in a blood feud - Helping his friends on their path of justice. As this blood feud escalates beyond the pale, so do the real intentions of his friends. Unbeknownst to Yasotay, he was creating a monster. And soon, the true intentions of this monster are revealed and a path of death and destruction has begun. I can’t wait until the 2nd Book is released!

This book truly kept me on my toes. The writing was so vivid and descriptive that I felt like I was physically present in each scene.
I couldn't help but feel a range of emotions while reading, including excitement, curiosity, sadness, empathy, and so much more. I was captivated by the cultural differences in China and Mongolia, and I appreciated how meticulously Umberto explained every detail. Each page was exciting, and I was amazed by the amount of history I was learning, especially since it is based on a true story.
Yasotay deserves even more stories written about him and I cannot wait to read the next two books. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a compelling read they won't be able to put down!
