This is a beautiful place, a warm host, and everything just right — this stay in Goa was exactly what we needed. The place is clean, well-kept, and has a lovely homey feel to it. The host was responsive and genuinely caring, which made all the difference. Would absolutely return and recommend without hesitation.

Awesome place and service

The stay is surrounded with good surroundings.. A farm, A river right in front of the property. The kitchen had all good basic cooking utensils But it did have few downsides, 1. Lot of Cockroaches in the washroom and bedroom 2. The property has least ventilation. Even the entrance is packed with Glass shutters which blocks natural air circulation. 3. We had stayed almost around 3 days, No garbage was collected all 3 days.

The flat is in a very approachable society right on the main road. While the building has that typical South Goa vintage feel, the flat itself is very well-maintained and looks exactly like the photos. The owner has been very thoughtful, providing every utility needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The location is a huge plus—being in the market center made grocery shopping very easy. Benaulim Beach is just a 2-minute drive away. We loved Johnsy at the beach entrance and Goodfellas nearby for dinner. A few notes for comfort: the bedroom AC struggled on Day 1 but worked well once rectified. An AC in the living room and a refresh of the dining chairs/bed backrest would be great additions. Also, the flat is best kept closed for privacy/ventilation. Safety tip: I’d recommend a car for the beach trip, as the approach road is a bit lonely and we felt uneasy with some bikers following us. Overall, a fair, convenient stay for those working in the area.
