Congratuation!

I'm a bit behind in this post but Billy has graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Master's in Occupation Therapy. We almost never thought this day would ever come. He has worked so hard the past three years to get to where he is today. We are very proud of him and he will be (and already is) a great therapist. He has been working for a few weeks now and just loves it. Nothing like getting a pay check insteads of paying thousands!

ImageTrayson could have cared less about the graduation he ran all over the place. I'm glad it was a short ceremony.

The BIG 1!

We had a monkey party for our little one year old monkey yesterday! It's amazing to me that he is already 1! It has been a wonderful year having him as our son! Image

Tray got lots of awesome presents and he loves them all. We didn't get to many smiley pictures for his birthday party. I could tell he wasn't feeling well and after he opened presents he had a major unconsolable cry attack. Poor little guy was teething on his birthday. Life isn't fair.

Image I think the stuffed monkey was the hit. He cuddles with it constantly and slept with it all night last night.

Sorry to brag but I was pretty proud of my first ever birthday cake. A lot of work to make a cake and just cut a chunk out of it! But it was fun.

The little man and his red eyes from cryin so hard. I felt so bad cuz it's so unlike him to just cry and cry like that. But we finally got him calmed down and he chowed down on his monkey cake!!

I'm 1!

Trayson has a new obsession with cell phones and whenever he gets ahold of one he puts it up to his ear/back of his head and says "HI!". Grandma and Grandpa gave him a play cell phone for his birthday and we got a video of it. He has always said "HI" and "HEY" all the time but I'm pretty sure he knows what he is saying and we are calling it his first word.

We also got him this walker that changes so he can ride it. But we decided to give it to him a week ago because he is so close to walking and didn't want him to start walking before we even got to give it to him.

Happy Birthday to our sweet little Trayson!

Image Things are still going good for us. Billy only has about 3 1/2 weeks left to be in Evanston.
He is ready to be done. And we are ready for him to be home more.
But he is doing a great job and we are proud of him!
Image
My brother and his wife just had a new little one born on the the 17th of February. His name is Lucas Owen Allred and he was 5 lbs 15 oz. He's just a little thing and so so cute!
Image
Trayson is doing great and having fun terrorizing grandma's house all day. I am getting excited for when I can take him outside and play on the grass. I know he will love it.

ImageEvery once in a while I watch my cousins little boy and he and Tray play an play. Trayson just loves having someone that will play with him and gets so excited when he sees him!
They will be very good buddies some day.

We had a great Christmas this year. I think having a child makes Christmas ten times more fun. Even though Trayson wasn't quite old enough to know what was going on he still got spoiled. And you can't beat having two Christmas mornings with both sides of the family! My sister Autumn and her fam got to come down. And I got to meet cute little baby Reagan. She's a doll! We got to relax, and hang out and play games whenever we wanted. We also got to Skype Billy's brother Jayson who is on a mission in Florida. That was pretty cool.

Image We went for a walk in the snow. Trayson wasn't sure what to think at first. But then he warmed up to that cold white stuff all over.

Image My sweet little boy is growing up too fast! He's going to be a year before I know it. He is 9 months and I still can't make him stop smiling. I think he's the happiest little guy out there!

The End of the Beginning

ImageIt's crazy to think how fast the past three years have gone. It is already time to leave Casper! We have had such a good experience here and met such great people. We are leaving a lot of friends behind! But we are ready for the next adventure.

We are moving to Star Valley while Billy goes back and forth from Evanston for his last internship at the State hospital. This is his last thing he needs to do before he can graduate. This past week he has finished his master's thesis and project. He has spent so much time on it and is very relieved to finally have that stress behind him. We are so proud of him!
ImageTrayson is still just as fun as ever. He is almost 8 1/2 months now. He is so so sooo close to crawlin. Any day he will take off I know it. His 5th and 6th tooth just popped up on the bottom and I'm hoping we have a break from teething for a little while. He does NOT sleep well at night the last couple months. He wakes up anywhere from 3 to 13 times a night I swear. I am hoping he grows out of this stage soon!
Image
ImageYes he is still full of spunk and energy. What a fun little boy he is. The other day Billy and I were talking and I said (jokingly, not to frighten the grandparents) "Do we even want to have anymore kids? We can't get this lucky twice right?" :) We are just so in love with this little boy and are so grateful for him.
ImageStill loves his mornings with Baby Einstein.
