Hi, I'm Albert, a Full-stack Software Engineer based in NY. Welcome to my page! I needed a place to show off my awesome work and projects, so this is it.

I started my coding journey in September of 2020 by learning the basics of Javascript. Since then, I finished a bootcamp called Hack Reactor where I learned all the necessary skills of software engineering. I am currently working on projects to deepen and broaden my knowledge and skillset to be more well rounded developer. I am currently looking for a new role.

Flamingo

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Technologies used: Javascript, React, npm, Node.js, Express, Axios, Docker

• Implemented the check-in process with React components using hooks and following our team’s style guide and API routes.
• Collaborated with 11 developers to design and deploy a fully functional PMS system prototype designed for hotel management processing.

Project Catwalk

REACT-REDUX ECOMMERCE LANDING PAGE

Technologies used: TypeScript, React, Redux, yarn, Axios, Express, Material-UI, Heroku

• Established the codebase and technologies among our group of three engineers to facilitate effective workflow and collaboration.
• Constructed Ratings and Reviews component using TypeScript and Redux.

Atelier API

API SERVICE TO SUPPLY DATA FOR CLOTHING INVENTORY

Technologies used: JavaScript, npm, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Docker, AWS: EC2

• Transformed legacy data from .csv files to collections in MongoDB using aggregation pipelines to easily query for data within the millions of individual documents.
• Launched an API service designed to supply data for an E-commerce clothing inventory.

POTATO BASED FOOD AND ACTIVITY CALORIE CONVERTER

Technologies used: Javascript, React, npm, Axios, Express

• Developed in React and uses API data to analyze nutritional information about foods and activities.
• Devised a system to log query history that reuses previous API requests.
