What is BlossomHack?
The largest hackathon hosted at Ohio University by OUGDA, SWE, NSBE, IEEE, and ACM. This event is open to students of all backgrounds. Our mission is to provide students with technical and professional opportunities outside of the confines of the classroom.

At the same time as our hackathon, we will be hosting a Capture the Flag event with its own prizes!
Requirements
All submissions must include a video.
- Include in your Devpost submission
- All videos must be 3 minutes or less.
You will have to present your projects to the judges. Also don't forget to fill out the other details about your project on Devpost.
When you're creating your video and submission, don't forget to:
- Demo the project you've been working on for the past 24 hours
- Be proud of what you've created!
- Tell us what you've learned while hacking
- Check out the judging criteria (projects are judged based on learning, execution, and originality)
- Tell us if you're going for an opt-in or sponsor prize category

BobcatCTF will run concurrently with the general hackathon. Teams of no more than four (4) are welcome to compete to solve the most cybersecurity challenges in 24 hours.
AI Futures Ground Vehicle Challenge
This autonomous ground vehicle event begins with an introduction to our program and team. The competition is a series of challenges that start easily but grow in difficulty as teams progress. Initial challenges include creating an interface to the robotic vehicle over SSH (secure shell connection). *Teams are limited to six (6) members max.
1st Place - $100 per teammate
2nd Place - $75 per teammate
3rd Place - $50 per teammate
Best Use of Verbwire API
$1,000 cash prize pool will be split by the top 5 projects/teams that use the Verbwire API ($200 per team)
Projects must abide by the Verbwire Hackathon Submission Policy to win.
Creative Use of Verbwire API
$9,000 in Premium API credits prize pool to be split by up to 20 projects/teams who use the Verbwire API.
Projects must abide by the Verbwire Hackathon Submission Policy to win.
