So Much Time to Make UP!

It says a lot about my lack of blogging if I can't remember my password to get into my blog! What a pain to have them email it to you and then create yet another one that I will soon forget. Good idea---write it down! So what's been going on with us you may be asking yourself..... Let me update you on some of my favorite moments of the summer. NO SCHOOL has been great!!! Just enjoying the summer days with my husband and kids!! What could be better??! Enjoy some of our highlights..


William got his Arrow of Light and moved up to Boy Scouts!


William had a blast participating in the Science Fair this year.


Easter Egg Hunt! And their off, kids and dog. Shoes left behind, no need for them!


The newest addition to our family is Bear. We adopted him from PAWS back in August. He is such a great dog. Fun and loving guy! His nick-name is Piggy-Bear, hence the dirt all over him from his swim and roll in the mud!




We've been spending a lot of time on Kolob Reservoir this summer. It's so hot this time of year, so enjoy some of our favorite outdoor activities we like to go into the mountains. We have been fishing, ATV riding, hiking, boating,,,,, it's 25 degrees cooler than Hurricane!

March of Dimes

We had a very small preemie in our NICU last year, who touched our hearts! Her mom Andrea is bringing the March of Dimes to St. George March 27th at 10 am to honor her daughter and the struggle they overcame as a family, and to support other families who are experiencing or will experience this same situation. Going Private

I've been thinking about going private for awhile for personal reasons. I'm planning on changing my blog to private next week so please email me your email address if you still want to view my blog. My email is [email protected]. I want everyone to still view, and I have some addresses so I will send invites to them.

Hopefully I will be able to blog more. I've noticed I'm not the only busy person, lol. To answer your question about whether I'm back in school, YES I decided to get a higher education to have more options in the future. I love being a bedside nurse, but someday I want to progress into something else. It's been a challenge taking classes, working full time and managing my family. Actually it's been exhausting! NICU life has been draining as well, we've had our share of unexpected situations that has left us more humble to how precious every moment of life and the experiences that come with it are.

Starting a New Year!

Last year flew by so fast, it seems like a blur now. Like the blur of watching the scenery fly by on the freeway going 75 miles per hour. Lol if you drive the speed limit. I haven't blogged much, the time allowed for any fun stuff has been so limited. Looking back last year was both a wonderful year and a challenging year. School is now consuming my life, but I'm excited to open up to new possibilities with the extra education. Last year left with some great losses and huge gains. Balancing them out is the challenge for this year, but I'm an optimist at heart and look forward to the wonderful times to come. Thanks everyone for being so support and such wonderful friends!

Holidays, Family, Busy Lifes!

It's been four months of marriage already! I can't believe how time flies. We have had so many good times. I've been so busy with work and Life Flight, plus I'm back in SCHOOL. I don't even have facebook to blame because I don't have one. Crazy I know!! I'm getting my BSN for Life Flight, it pretty much takes up most of my time, but I do manage to squeeze in some quality family time.

We are Back!

T.W. and I had a wonderful wedding and our honeymoon was the best. Our honeymoon didn't start out the way we imagined but we made it through. T.W. got swine flu the first full day we were there, and was so sick! Luckily I'm a nurse,,, who has some awesome friends to help us get some Tamiflu. He got better quickly and we had the time of our lives! I can't wait to share those pictures with you guys as well. I'm still waiting for my wedding pictures to be mailed to me and expect them any day. I told them to wait since we would be gone our our honeymoon. Our photographer was awesome and showed me some of the pictures he took. I can't wait to see them!
