What is your Money-Back Guarantee?
We’re confident you’ll love our services, which is why we offer a three-month money-back guarantee. Here’s how it works:
- If you’re not satisfied with our services within the first 90 days, you can cancel and receive a full refund of your management subscription fee.
- This applies only to the core subscription fees and excludes additional fees like cleaning or maintenance charges.
Eligibility for the Money-Back Guarantee:
- Three-Month Commitment: Your property must be enrolled for at least 90 consecutive days.
- Availability: Your property must have 90% availability during this period to allow us to market and book it effectively.
- Well-Maintained Property: The property must be kept in good condition with prompt maintenance responses.
- Occupancy Rate: Our pricing automation must achieve at least a 60% occupancy rate during the 90 days.
Refund Process:
- You must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice during the initial 90-day period to qualify.
- Refunds will only be issued if all eligibility criteria are met.
This guarantee ensures your peace of mind and demonstrates our commitment to exceptional service.
How do I know my property will be priced competitively?
Our team uses zonal analysis and market insights to develop a strategic pricing plan. We continuously optimise your rates to maximise bookings and income while keeping your property competitive.
How do I get paid?
You receive payments directly from Airbnb after each guest’s stay. There are no deductions from Bookable—100% of your booking revenue goes to you.
Do you take a percentage of my earnings?
No, we operate on a subscription-based model. Unlike traditional management companies, we don’t take a percentage of your rental income.
Can I reserve dates for personal use?
Yes! With our rental management app, you can easily block out dates for personal use, ensuring your property is available when you need it.
What happens if my property needs cleaning or maintenance?
We handle professional cleaning between guest stays to keep your property in pristine condition. If maintenance is required, we’ll coordinate repairs with your approval.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription with a 30-day notice. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details on cancellations.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, there is a one-time setup fee of AED 995. This includes:
- Listing account setup
- Professional photography
- Pre-property inspection
- Property setup before going live
Do you help with DTCM permits?
Yes, we assist with obtaining the required DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) permit for your property. Fees vary depending on the size and type of property.
