Double-tap Shift, or set your own shortcut, to convert selected text between any two installed layouts: a word, a sentence, or a whole paragraph. Your clipboard is restored right after. Nothing selected? It fixes the last word you typed.
Turn Boomkey off or pin a layout in specific apps, and keep a list of words it should never touch. Terminals and code editors are off out of the box.
