A bad case of "trailer is better than the movie," but typical Netflix original fare. Taron Edgerton, unfortunately, gets to star in a Netflix mediocre thriller. He has a few parts that shine, but the overall product is so generic that it is something you will forget minutes after it's over. Not so thrilling thriller.

The McDonald's scene alone is burned into my soul for all eternity. If you watch the MST3K version you'll get an extra kick out of it. Delightfully stupid so bad it's good classic.
I can say without a doubt, that might be the most disturbing and visceral film I've ever seen. And I've watched pretty much everything. It's surrealism meets body horror. And it proves something we all know. There is no monster meaner, than... Yourself. Cronenberg would be proud.
