🎃💀Hooptober 2020: Film 17/67💀🎃

It's odd when a sequel feels tamer than the original but that's just the case here, mostly due to the Hays Code being put in place just following the original's 1933 release. Our maniacal madman gets swapped out for a a wrongly-condemned prisoner on death row and though it's far more "wholesome" it's a lot less fun. Still interesting to watch just to see the dawn of Hollywood sequels.
