this list changes from time to time. this is my personal opinion so i don’t feel like i am obligated to put what critics think is the best. for instance office space on top of citizen kane doesn’t necessarily means that mike judge’s is better than orson welles’. It’s not even close - technically and narratively. it’s just that i enjoy the other a little bit more. hence why i created this list.
