There is a musical number scene in this film that feels truly like generational filmmaking that will be remembered with the greats. Like Ray Liotta walking through the restaurant in Goodfellas or the drumming finale of Whiplash or the fireworks finale of Blow-Out. So close to being great but misses the mark in one big category for me. Half the musical scenes are kind of weak and missing that wow factor that the other half has.
