It's my third time taking on the Criterion Challenge. For the last two years, I've been adding new favorites to my personal film canon. It's been a rewarding challenge. Time to do it again!
The challenge in short: Between 1/1 and 12/31 of 2026, watch 52 movies from the Criterion Collection. The pace and order doesn't matter, but you have to finish by year's end. All of my picks are first time watches with categories listed in the notes.
