"Do You Want to Build a Snowman?"

Like most little girls in America right now, our girls are totally hooked on the Frozen songs.  We hear them dozens of times each day.  It totally cracked us up the other day when Livie was using the bathroom and Sienna started singing "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?" at the door.  I had her reenact it for us so it wasn't quite as cute as the original version, but you get the drift.

Livie wanted a turn, too.

Baby Eliza

Eliza Lynn Crist joined our little family on June 6, 2013. (I know...we are slackers about posting on our blog.)  She weighed 8 lbs 3 oz and was 21 inches long.

Eliza is a beautiful, healthy and happy little girl. Just like her big sisters, she was born with a full head of dark hair.

Olivia and Sienna were very excited to have their new little sister join the family.  The girls are very cute with her.

We feel very blessed to have our three beautiful little girls a part of our family.  (You might need to remind us of that when they are all three teenagers at the same time!!!) :)

Ice Cream

We recently started a new "incentive program" in our house to reward good behavior.  Livie earned stars on days that she was good and lost stars on days she was a little "naughty."  We told her that once she earned 3 stars that we'd make homemade ice cream.  (We hadn't ever made it before, so this was a pretty exciting prospect.)

As you can see from the photos below, Livie earned her 3 stars and got her ice cream.  She and Sienna both love it.

"Could life get any better than this?"
On another note, the doctor says that the new baby could come "any day."  If we hadn't heard that for 5 weeks before Livie was finally induced, we might think the baby may be here early.  Abby has less than a month left...she will be full term (37 weeks) the first of next week.  She is very much looking forward to holding the baby in her arms instead of in her belly! :)

California Spring

The girls are enjoying their first Spring in CA. We have had beautiful weather, except for a little rain. They are both getting so big. We celebrated Mama's birthday this week. Happy birthday, Abby! We love you!

Special Request

Hi Family and Friends,

We have a very special request.  Some of our very close friends, Dave and Amy Wade, are trying to adopt.  Dave and Amy are an amazing couple.  The highest compliment that we can pay them is that they are the type of people that we would want to raise our own children if something ever happened to both of us.

Dave and Amy are intelligent, fun and caring.  We have no doubt that they will be amazing parents.  They have created the following website to tell a little bit about themselves to parents who may be considering placing a child up for adoption:

http://www.azcouple.com/

If you know of anyone who may be considering placing a baby up for adoption, please kindly pass along Dave and Amy's info to them.  If you or the biological parents have any questions, please have them feel free to either contact Dave and Amy directly or one of us.

Please feel free to post this info on your own blog or Facebook page.

With our sincere thanks,

Brad & Abby

Livie's Birthday & New Addition

Livie celebrated her 4th birthday on Sunday.  She was so excited that it was very cute.  She kept telling us that it was her "best birthday ever."  We love our little Olivia and are so grateful to have her as a part of our little family.

In other news, Abby had her 20-week ultrasound this morning.  We found out that the third and final installment in the Brabby Trilogy will also be a little girl.

Livie was quite disappointed to hear that she won't be getting a little brother because, in her words, "there are already enough girls in our family."  Fortunately, she seems to have recovered quickly once she realized that there will now be a 3rd girl to play dress up.

We are very excited and feel very blessed to welcome our newest addition to the family early this summer.

(These pictures don't really have anything to do with the post, but they are the most recent ones that I have readily available.  You can see Livie riding her new bike that she got for Christmas--she loves it!  You can also see Sienna singing along at the Christmas performance at Livie's preschool in mid-December.  Sienna has become quite the little character--she keeps us on our toes!)

Little Movers

Livie and Sienna have been good sports through the whole move. We are finally settling into our new house and getting unpacked.  The girls seem to be comfortable in the house. From the pic below, I worry they may like moving too much!
I've also attached a photo of the girls Halloween costumes. They were very cute.
Livie and I went to the BYU game last week. We had a great time.
