2/26/11-3/4/11 Pictures

Image#1-Friday night we got DUMPED on with snow! I think there was at least 12-15" on our lawn on Saturday morning so we bundled Addi up and took her for a quick slay ride before I headed to work. It was really fun!

Image#2-This pretty much summed up our day on Sunday. Went to church, came home and had a little nap then headed to Wellsville for lunch with Brady's family.
Image#3-I have this table in my living room and have moved all the stuff off of this bottom shelf because it was getting rearranged for me everyday but now Addison uses it to practice her climbing skills.

Image#4-This was a long day! We got pretty bored so I made this diaper box into a wagon of sorts and pulled the babe around in it for a while. Entertained mommy and Addi!

#5&#6(it's a video so it counts for two pictures, duh?!)-This little video was today and it shows off a few of Addison's new skills. She is trying to stand up by herself more and more. She is a very good growler, it is what she does alot of the day AND she is starting to wave bye bye. Enjoy!!!!

Peace Out

Our latest week in pictures!

I think I am going to try something a little different with our blog. I want to try to take one picture a day of something that was fun or new that we did and then post them all at the end of the week. It might help me keep up better with the blog knowing that I don't have to have just one amazing/big event to post about because seriously we don't have that many amazing/big events happen to us. So here is Our Week in Pictures #1! P.S. this week is kind of cheating, it is going to be more than just one weeks worth of stuff because I just decided to do this today hehe

Image#1-Boredom sets in while Brady goes to school...picture time!!

Image#2-Happy Valentine's Day! Thanks for the treat Grandma J and Grandpa S!

Image#3-Happy Birthday babe!! The big 3-0!

Image#4-For Brady's birthday I had him do a scavenger hunt all around town to collect stuff. Here is a picture of all the stuff on his list i.e. birthday balloons, leftover birthday cake, a penny from 1981(year he was born), receipt for $.30 worth of gas(for his "30" birthday), and a bunch of other random stuff. It was pretty fun and I think Brady even enjoyed it a little. ;)

Image#5-Brady's mom made the cutest/YUMMIEST cake for him!

Image#6-And last but not least...today I put Addi's hair in a little pigtail for the first time. It was pretty stinkin cute but I'm not biased or anything!
So here's to my new attempt at blogging. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Oh no...baby is almost mobile!!!

This is Addison today, I am afraid we are getting very close to being very busy!! Way to go Addi!

End of 2010

WOW! I can hardly believe that this year is coming to a close. We have had so many changes and new experiences this year that it just flew by! We have been staying pretty busy the last few weeks. Addison is growing like a weed and I swear she does something new everyday. Brady and I are getting anxious/excited/scared to DEATH for him to start school in January but know it will be so worth it in the long run. We have really been trying to enjoy all this time that we have been able to spend together and I think we will look back on this "transition" phase as mostly an enjoyable time. We have been able to spend lots of time with our families and our friends and feel so very blessed to have such wonderful people surrounding us. I will end with some pictures and if I don't get a chance to blog again before Christmas and the end of the year, I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and makes it a great new year!! Congrats Brady

As everyone probably already knows, Brady got layed off a few weeks ago and we have really been thinking and praying about what the best thing to do for our little family was. Well, here is our next adventure!Image

ImageBrady has been accepted to USU!! He is starting in January and is very excited. This is going to be long and sometimes difficult road but we know it is what we need to do and it will be a little fun along the way hopefully. Way to go BRADY!!!

FALL!!!

I LOVE Fall! I always wish it would last a little bit longer every year. A couple of months always pass before I realize it and then I have to play catch up. Here are some pictures!

ImageImageAddison has started eating solids! She hasn't disliked anything we have tried feeding her yet. She is eating peas, bananas, applesauce, carrots, pears, and peaches so far.

We did our pumpkins with Knowll and Lindsey this year. Brady carved his and I just decorated mine and Addison's this year. They look so cute on our step with our other Halloween decorations. It was a really fun night!

ImageHere is Addi with Grandma J on our way to the farmer's market. We wandered around for a bit and had a really fun girl's day, thanks for the fun day mom!

Time is going by so fast and it makes me a little sad. Remember to enjoy the journey everyone!

A few of my favorite things...

These are my top four "favorite" things about my new job at Maverik...
#4-When punk little kids come to the counter and throw a pile of change on the counter and say "Is this enough? I don't know how to count change."
#3-People who scrounge up crumpled dollar bills from who-knows-where and every penny they can find under their car seats just to buy cigarettes or chew.
#2-People that can not figure out how to make a gas pump work and I end up pumping it for them, seriously is this your first time ever pumping fuel? I guess in their defense, most of them are mexicans who can't speak/read english or very old people who are senile, the latter of which I don't mind helping out.
AND #1- People asking me "Are you even old enough to work here?"
