"It was exactly what I needed and then some ten fold! You took the very best care of me tonight and I’m forever grateful."
-Gabrielle
I just breathed away 40 years of an abusive relationship. I didn't know I could feel this way!
-Caroline
I feel clarity on my purpose for the first time. And it's so simple! But this time I know it in my body and my heart on the deepest level. This makes all the difference.

Must Have's For Your Session:
a yoga mat or somewhere you can lay comfortably, with space to move
a phone, tablet or computer with Zoom
headphones (this provides a better experience than speakers)
Nice to Have's For Your Session:
- a water bottle — not required, but nice if you get dry mouth or a cough during the session
- a light blanket — not required, but recommended to have in arm’s reach if you get cold easily
- a small pillow — not required, but highly recommended if you have chronic back pain or issues with your back. Ideally I’d like you to be flat and not use a pillow, but at the end of the day we want you to be comfortable
- tissues –not required, but nice to have if you cry and need to blow your nose.
- journal –nice to have for recording an intention or reflections from your experience.
