Company culture shapes a brand. But good branding shapes company culture too. When you intentionally build a brand that reflects who your company is at its core, it starts to influence how your teams show up and how you signal your values to the job market. Take DMCL Chartered Professional Accountants for example. We created a brand that’s bold enough to stand out in an industry not exactly known for creativity, and cohesive enough to give everyone under the DMCL umbrella a genuine sense of belonging. In this clip, our senior designer, Alejandra Silva Rojas, shares how she approached rebranding with employee retention and talent attraction in mind. #Rebrand #BrandIdentity #CompanyCulture #Accounting

If there’s one thing we want you to know about the 2026 Web Summit, it’s this—the AI conversation is shifting from prompts to systems. (Yes, this is a proper use of the em dash.) Our CTO, Sarah Brown and Account Administrator, Tanya Reinkober attended this year’s summit and saw a major movement toward multi-agent workflows. That’s where multiple AI systems coordinate tasks together instead of relying on a single model to do everything. But despite the acceleration, the good news is human creativity still matters. In fact, as AI-generated content becomes more common, human-led narrative and branding are valuable differentiators. Our take? Learn the tools and leverage how to communicate within them. Agree? #WebSummit #ArtificialIntelligence #BrandStrategy #CreativeAgency

Brand strategy before design, every time! Listen to our team break it down.
One of the biggest misconceptions about branding is that the process starts with design. In reality, the strongest brands are built on an understanding of your target audience, what you stand for, and how you want people to experience your organization. That’s where brand messaging strategy comes in. In this conversation, I sat down with our senior designer, Alejandra Silva Rojas to talk about how starting from this point shaped our creative direction for DMCL’s rebrand. Because effective branding at its core is about creating alignment between what your brand says, how it looks, and how people experience it. Take a listen. #BrandStrategy #BrandMessaging #BrandDesign #CreativeStrategy #GraphicDesign

Keep your eyes peeled for more insights from our team!
Spent the past couple of days at the Web Summit Vancouver 2026 and came away with some great insights and valuable new connections. Even from an Accounting & HR perspective, there was so much to learn about innovation, leadership, AI, and the future of business. A full notebook and an even fuller brain later… completely worth it.

Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Swipe and you'll see why 👉 Brand voice is the consistent personality behind every word your brand says. It’s how you go from unfamiliar to recognizable inside your audience’s mind. Save this post for the next time you’re defining how your brand should sound. #brandvoice #brandstrategy #brandidentity

Last week we attended the Business Examiner News Group's Central/North Vancouver Island Commercial Building Awards. We came excited to cheer on the nominees and left feeling proud of the people we get to work alongside. Five of our clients took home wins for projects completed in 2025: Westmark Construction (The Mint - Multi-Family Condo) Akers Property Solutions (Fisher Landing - Multi-Family Townhome) IWCD Ltd. (Duncan Hyundai & Cedarwood Citaapi Mahtii - Retail) The Interior Design Group (Edgewater - Purpose Built Rental) Rocky Point Engineering Ltd. (Engineer of the year) Nights like this are a reminder of what's possible when the right teams come together. Congratulations to all the winners. Your recognition is well deserved! #VancouverIsland #BusinessExcellence #CommunityImpact #CommercialBuilding

Did you know the average B2B website converts only 2–5% of its traffic? That means roughly 95 out of every 100 visitors leave without doing anything. The instinct might be to drive more traffic. But the real question is whether you're reaching the right people in the first place. In our latest blog, we share three practical ways to identify your target audience and why this is key to better web conversions. Pro tip: No big research budget required. https://lnkd.in/g_TqX9fR #B2BMarketing #WebsiteTips #BrandStrategy #MarketingAgency

Join us in celebrating our latest web launch! We recently set MAC Island Construction’s new site live and had the chance to celebrate the moment alongside their team at Douglas Magazine Victoria Top 10 to Watch. As MAC Island continues to grow their commercial division, the goal was to ensure their digital presence reflects that evolution by clearly communicating their capabilities to the right audience. Our work focused on aligning strategy, structure, and storytelling to: - Better represent their commercial expertise - Reduce friction in how potential clients understand their services - Create a flexible foundation the team can build on over time The result is a site that feels aligned with where the business is heading and supports the next phase of growth. A big thank you to the MAC Island team for the collaboration and trust throughout. Well said, Kristina Crowson! Powerful reflections from a great event.
Throwback Thursday! I attended We Effed Up – Now What?! earlier this month, and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. There’s something powerful about a room where women are willing to share the messy parts. The moments that didn’t go as planned, the lessons learned, and the growth that followed. IMO, these are the conversations that actually move people forward. A few takeaways from the speakers: Andrea Dershin (host): Effortless on stage, guiding meaningful conversation with ease. Proof that leadership isn’t always about being the loudest voice, but about creating space for others. #girlpower Sarah Wayne Callies: Authentic, intentional, and candid. Her reminder that you are the organism stuck with me. How you show up and the energy you bring truly shapes everything around you. Sarah Gilks: She shared her early fears around public speaking (relatable!) and the courage it took to push past it. That journey hit home. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t always comfortable, but it’s always worth it. Ashley Jeans: Bold, grounded, and determined. Her story about making big moves while staying disciplined with debt and long-term goals was incredibly inspiring. I love spaces where people share the real stories, not just the wins. It’s a great way to learn. #RealTalk #WomenInLeadership #WomenInBusiness #ArrayArray
