My little sweetie decided she would get into mommies makeup. Sam and I couldn't stop laughing. He found her sitting in front of the mirror with my makeup bag. She always tells me "some some" when ever I put lipstick on. Not bad for her first try.

Spring Break

My dad invited us to go with them to Mexico for spring break. Sam had to work so I took the kids. We had so much fun. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Snow Trip

Life has been a little crazy for our family lately with the health issues Sam has been facing. So I haven't really felt like blogging, but I thought I should post since it has been awhile. The kids and I were able to go with my family to the cabin for New Years weekend. We had so much fun playing in the snow and riding on the snowmobiles. Everything looked so pretty covered in snow. On the last day we were there it snowed off and on all day. It was good for us to have sometime to just play and leave some of the stress for a little while.

Christmas Pajamas

So I finally finished making the kids Christmas pajamas. It took me about two weeks. It's hard to find the free time. I would usually stay up late after the kids were in bed. I know their not perfect but not bad for my first attempt. Maybe next time I will make matching tops to go with the pants.

Temple Lights

The lights were so pretty this year. We didn't go last year so it was Ellie's first time to see them. The boys pointed out to me that you can see a perfect reflection of the Temple in the water. I never noticed that before. Sorry the pictures are a little blurry.

Fishing with Dad

On Saturday Sam took the boy's fishing. The boys were so excited. No Girls Allowed. Sam packed a cooler full of snacks and Root Beer for them ( At our house soda is a treat. So they were pretty happy about it.) and off they went. They had so much fun. Even though they didn't catch anything. They climbed trees and brought home a water dog. (some type of plant) They don't get to do this very often. It was good for them to have some Dad time.
