WHAT is going on here?

I take a few months off from reality... and I know that it's not totally Brooke's responsibility to plan book club...but, I myself can't see that I would be any good at planning it because ...well, I am not that organized really.

Why aren't we having book club??Is it because we aren't really reading the books? Is it because everyone's busy? Is it because...well... WHAT is going on here? I really miss seeing "my" cousins...and... their friends because I don't have any of my own really that I bring anymore.

I would like to call a meeting to discuss this issue. But, I don't know when, or where. I feel like I've made the plea...now someone.... please ....for the LOVE.... plan something so that I can attend. I mean...maybe not a book club if no one reads. Maybe we could just pretend it's a book club and go to dinner every month. Oh wait-- that's what we were doing.

I miss the Chapter Chicks....I never belonged to a sorority...and I feel like this is as close as I'll ever get to one in life, besides bunko I suppose. I can see my dream of belonging to a cool girls club slipping through my fingers.

I miss everyone.

Hunger Games

This is our next book club book. Please everyone read it!!! I've heard it's AWESOME, and there's a sequel, so we will probably read that next and you'll want to be caught up.

Book Club Meeting #11

We had way fun time at Iggy's for our book club meeting! I can't believe we've almost been the Chapter Chicks for a YEAR! Crazy times. Crystal and Stephanie were also here this night, but they left before we took the picture. We had a good turnout this time. I love that our book club is growing! Be sure to let one of us know if you are interested in joining!

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society

Book Club Meeting #10

Let's face it Chapter Chicks, we have been slackers this summer when it has come to book club. But I'm proud of us for actually having a meeting last night, even though only two of us actually read the book.

Maybe we should take the summers off? It seems like we had a hard time getting together these last couple months!
