This is our next book club book. Please everyone read it!!! I've heard it's AWESOME, and there's a sequel, so we will probably read that next and you'll want to be caught up.

Book Club Meeting #11

We had way fun time at Iggy's for our book club meeting! I can't believe we've almost been the Chapter Chicks for a YEAR! Crazy times. Crystal and Stephanie were also here this night, but they left before we took the picture. We had a good turnout this time. I love that our book club is growing! Be sure to let one of us know if you are interested in joining!

Book Club Meeting #10

Let's face it Chapter Chicks, we have been slackers this summer when it has come to book club. But I'm proud of us for actually having a meeting last night, even though only two of us actually read the book.

Maybe we should take the summers off? It seems like we had a hard time getting together these last couple months!

Our book for book club for July is "My Sister's Keeper" by Jodi Picoult.

The Reader

We had tons of fun at last month's book club. We just went to dinner and chatted about the book a little bit. Totally fun though.

This month we are reading "the Reader". Book club will be held on the 25th of May. Whoever wants to have it... let me know!

First To Die

We decided it might be fun to try out a series, so we are going to read the Women's Murder club series by James Patterson. The first book is "First to Die", and that is our next selection!

Book Club Meeting #8

We had our book club meeting at Becca's house last night, and had a blast as usual. We actually had a fairly high success rate in the reading of the book this time. That still doesn't mean we had much of a discussion about the book, but we try. Something always comes up that seems more important. Like Facebook. Or pulling faces. Anyway, it was a super good night with lots of good food, and we had SO much fun. Thanks Becca!

Book Club Meeting #7

I know I'm a little late in posting, but just call me a SLACKER like most of our book club girls. Ha ha.

We had our book club meeting on February 23rd at Keelee's house. We had awesome chicken tortilla soup and hung out and chatted about life... not the book. Mostly because only TWO of us actually READ it. Anyway, we decided to keep the same book for this next month because it's so good and such a great book to discuss. So let's hope the rest of the Chapter Chicks actually finish it this time!

Once again, we were late on taking pictures. Some of the girls had already left by the time we took these.

Next meeting will be Monday, March 23rd. I'm not sure where we are having it yet. If someone wants to have it, let me know. Thanks!!!

Book Club Meeting #6

Last night we had our 6th book club meeting at Steph's house. It was WAY fun. We ate awesome taco salad, chatted about the book and other things, and Keelee freaked everyone out showing them "Peter Answers". It was pretty funny, and we had a way good time. Blair, Liz, and Tiff couldn't make it, but we still had fun. Hard to believe we've already been doing this for 6 months!
