Yup..my long leave december started..aku cuti from 18th dec all the way to 3rd jan 2010..emm..cuti sbb nk abeskan annual leave..although cuti tp ade gak nie kene datang opis..keje2 yg tertangguh...tah user2 nie..bwk2 la amek cuti gak..seboleh2 nk abeskan tahun nie gak...maybe risau kpi kot..anywhere takde cite menarik dec nie...takde coverage kete..takde coverage travel..

MPV? sure or not?

So.. new mpv from perodua is out yesterday..wat coverage kat showroom je lah..the so called mpv is alza.. Aku mls nak comment byk sbb leh je refer kat pa*ltan..motor tr@der or @utow*rld for the pro review. Tapi kalau nk baca my personal view...silakan...

Power & Handling.

Based pada comparison aku wat lebih kurang mcm avanza..top speed maybe lebih kurang..maybe they should organize a drag race between alza,avanza and grand livina.In my opinion alza will handle the road well than avanza because lower..But then again this is only opinion sbb bende2 technical nie kene test and compare..so tunggu je lah from pro review once these cars pit together..




Looks,Comfort & Realibility

Looks better than others..exora mcm nmpk boxy..maybe leh fite dgn livina..but again to me still look simple and safe design..The front ade la mcm myvi..ade org ckp myvi panjang..luckily the new design myvi mmg nmpk nice..ade sikit mcm swift..urghh

While the back design pon biasa je...safe design...

How about the space...emm..the 3rd row seat always menjadi comparison..but as i compare..lebih kurang je saiz..tp tah rase mcm cramped sikit..maybe masa aku tgk tuh ade org size plus dlm keter tuh...hahah.maybe nie pon derang leh comparekan nanti...penuhkan keter and try test tgk..emm..then baru leh tau mpv mana yg comfortable and reliable..

(edit) So below gambo aku amek dr 3rd row...kire OK gaklah dianya leg room..this time mmg wat space test..nie kat showroom BP ..time balik raya aji...so aku kire2...2nd and 3rd row tuh leh letak 4 orang saiz aku. (2+2)....nak letak 5 (3+5) leh gak..tp sempit gak lah...kesimpulannya aku leh bagi pass kat 3rd row alza nie..

The rest macam safety like ABS and airbag cuma available in premium edition..and for the gadget like gps and lcd available in advance edition...tak paham kat mysia nie...you have to pay to get safety mcm ABS..hopefully in the future bile dh dpt kontrak dgn global OEM..all these thing standard feature..So last thing is price..quite OK..i mean..cheap..banding dgn avanza,livina and exora...

So here my conclusion on the mpv...is it beautiful? NO..is it powerful? NO..will people buy it? YES...haha..sbb tak byk choice kat sini...actually to me ini bukan mpv..mcm station wagon..can sit 5 people and extra boot space...tahlah..at least much better than sumbat 7 people in a kancil kan..

(edit) OK..setelah melihat dgn lebih detail...alza boleh jadi mpv..only just...sbb it can do what the normal sedan can't do..carry extra people...dgn price 66k..mmg leh beli persona..the boot size is bigger..the engine is powerful..but persona tak leh bwk lebih 5 org..and takleh load vertical thing mcm beskal ke contohnya...that's mpv..leh multitasking...

(edit)So..how about compare dgn other rival...dr segi enjen and build quality rasanya takde problem..so far no problem dgn kualiti and enjen utk myvi..i guess same la dgn alza sbb enjen outsorce dr japan..sama like the rival..avanza & livina..exora tak pasti ade issue tak..maybe kene tunggu JD report tu nanti...anyway bg aku the crucial thing about 3rd row seat, luggage space and pricing...livina have better quality 3rd row seat than others..so far all pass the leg room test..tp mana yg plg luas and comfort..bg aku exora is biggest...Next on the luggage space...aku tgk alza and livina ade prob sikit part nie..without fold down 3rd row seat agak kecik banding dgn avanza and exora. medium size troli bag muat..but tak sure klau ade extra thing mcm prem ,golf bag and large troli bag..maybe leh test nanti...So the last part.pricing.. let say amek auto gear premium about 64k.compare dgn avanza 74k..exora 69k.livina 88k..mmg harga plg murah..ade sikit impak pada sale proton,toyota and nissan..which is good..sbb mesti kene turunkan harga utk bersaing..proton dah start wat..tp bagi aku yg akan suffer nanti sale avanza and livina..avanza 1.3 tuh mmg habis lah..livina apart from yg 1.8 takde issue.but yg 1.6 maybe ade jejas gak...bukan ape..before this cuma ade exora kaco market..yes it's cheaper but tak ramai convice dgn proton..so they end up buy avanza or livina..but now..alza is almost copycat from japan so will be no future issue.. actually alza nie ade tolong gak sale exora..but takde maknanya klau proton f**k up dgn wat low quality mpv.so harap2 in the future alza can dominate compact mpv class and exora dominate mid size mpv...it will be nice klau ade exora enjen 2.0 v6 in the future

So... last week aku involve balik projek nie...tp just for kick off meeting je sbb regular consultant yg wat tu tak dapat gi...emm.memula bos agak reluctant nk bagi lepas..tp last2 bagi gak lah..aku pon dh byk lupa pasal projek nie sbb kan dah stop involve..anyway destinasi kali nie ialah labuan..sbb nk implement for pet* methanol...

Time Travel.
Flite aku ari jumaat kul 9am...so pagi jumaat tu aku singgah dl umah akak aku untuk simpan keter..ok..aku pon tak tau kenapa arituh bad time management..sampai umah akak aku dlm kul 7.15am..then aku tetiba realise...aku kene naik erl at least yg trip kul 8am sbb boarding kul 8.30am..it takes around 30 min to reach KLIA..yikes..klau nk suruh akak aku hantar KL sentral tak pasti sempat tak dgn morning traffic rush..last2 decide naik lrt...sampai2 stesen wangsa maju dah kul 7.25am...tgk2 tren mmg penuh..dapat naik tren 7.30am..anxiously tgk jam..harap2 dpt catch erl kul 7.45am..berjayakah?

Tidak...sampai KL sentral 7.50am...mmg kene naik erl kul 8am..that's mean mmg kene lari bile dh sampai KLIA...nk aja ckp kat driver tren suwuh bawak laju sikit...sampai KLIA kul 8.28am..lari2 ke gate B2..sib baik aku dah web cek in sehari sblm tuh and boarding pass pon dh siap print...sampe2 gate dh kul 8.40am..fuh sib baik lom boarding lagi..haha.klau tak mesti kuar annoucement nama aku suwuh final boarding...hehehe. letih la berlari..nie la akibat wat perangai mcm naik bas kat pudu lak..

Labuan

Flite ke labuan around 2 1/2 jam...ade breakfast disediakan...nasi lemak or roti jala..huh??..smpai2 airport labuan ade private jet sape tah...ade event nie kat labuan..kathijah ibrahim naik 1 flite td...time nk gerak gi hotel kelihatan org2 sdg bersedia nk gi semayang jumaat..aku tak kot..musafir..hehe...initially suppose duk hotel waterfront..http://www.malaysiahotelreview.com/sabah/hotel/waterfront-labuan/03.shtml..looks nice eh..tp tak jadi..fully booked plak...last2 duk hotel mariner.. nie semua sebab plant tutup time nie...so rame la kontraktor2 service plant memenuhi bandar labuan..adus..

Hotel nie tak tau la brapa bintang...takde swimming pool..basic room..rasa mcm hotel kat batu pahat lak..takde la teruk..cuma biasa...tp yang tak bestnya sampai2 hotel nie tak leh cek in lagi...ye la cek in kul 3pm kan...bilik lak almost all penoh..siap ade yg extend sampe kul 5pm lagi..dapat 1 bilik je dulu.so kitaorang ber4 letak beg dululah.gi cari tempat makan..lunch kat restoren sabar menunggu..hihi.byk lauk dia..aku rekomen tempat nie sbb lauk dia ala2 mcm kat semenanjung..surprisingly byk kedai mamak kat labuan nie..emm..lps lunch..balik hotel lepak2 kat lobi yg kecil itu...dlm kul 2pm siap2 lebih kurang then gerak gi pet methanol..

Meeting sampe kul 5pm..tgk2 keter staff kat sini average vios or altis..ye la murah kan..altis harga dlm 70k..balik hotel..bilik dh ready...bilik level 1 ..so dapat la wifi..so camne rupa biliknya.jeng2
Basic je biliknya..view luar..tak menarik..bilik air lak kecik..ade la sinki & shower. no bath tub..toiletries ade sabun & shampoo je..so kene la aku beli ubat gigi & toothbrush..towel ade la.

Lain2 ade la mini bar..cerek..coffee making.selipar dgn remote tv tadek..erkk..bukan nak complain.just review je..i've been worst than this..anyway set kul 6.30pm kuar jalan2 & dinner..mmg dah gelap time nie..mcm dah mati pon ade gak bandar nie...gi la jalan2 kat financial park tuh..takde ape..then kat luar tuh ade mcm tmpt makan..byk kedai jual sayap ayam..chicken wing..order la mkn nasi goreng ayam...tak sedap..erk.worst panas..yup cuaca mmg panas sini..takde angin lansung...lps dinner chow balik hotel..baru kul 8pm lebih...gile bosan...ade aktiviti mlm2 nie..kat pub lah..tp takkan aku nk gi sorang kan.haha..takda kaki..membe aku yg keje pet tuh gi KL plak..huh..so main internet je la mlm tuh

Not Really Sightseeing...

Good morning labuan....kul 7.30am turun for the free breakfast..biasa je...then lps tu siap2 nk jalan area tuh...i really mean jalan or walk..jauh gak lah..usha2 kedai duty free..


Seriously ade 3 je benda yg murah...booze..rokok and coklat...aku tak berminat nk beli rokok..sbb dgr cite rasa tak best..ala mcm rokok langkawi..aku beli curut je...then few coklat..memula nk beli gak booze..bukan nk minum..tp botol2 nya agak menarik designnya..tp tanya membe aku klau beli tp tak minum still dosa so tak jadi la beli..

The walk some more..sampai area2 pasar...takde bende menarik..ade la jual mutiara tp harga takde la murah sgt..lpk2 minum then head back to hotel...rehat2..check out kul 1pm..aku try gak suggest ajak sight seeing..tp the rest tak berminat..so lepak je lah kat airport sampe flite kul 5.20pm..kill time by lepak kat McD..more wifi activiti..aku pon dh tak tau nk surf web apa...haha

In conclusion..labuan is OK klau nak beli booze...lyn pinoy girl kat pub.hihi..takdelah..kidding..sightseeing pun nice...cuma aku tak berkesempatan je..maybe time and enthusiasm of other people agak kurang...by the way leh refer my fren blog pasal jalan2 kat labuan nie...http://half-bloodmaleh.blogspot.com/2009/04/labuan.html..

Entry emo yg ditulis during cold & rainy nite...ada few thing membuat aku terfikir. Well this morning ade la ex projek mate aku join as contractor. Before dia gerak gi tower to start his project..singgah la jap kat tempat aku...ade la tanya2 sikit sambil tunjuk2 skill dia..emm mmg power..kira already different level..eat me like breakfast..mcm nissan 370z wat kat bmw z4.hahah wat a metafor..n from the feedback from manager & senior mmg he's the right person...emm

Actually there's no jealousy here..kagum on what some people have achieved...It's seems that they have learn so much and gain more knowledge in a short little time...Although it's been almost 4 years i've doing S#P..tp for me the core.. the totally involvement in configuration cuma 2 years..Yup i'm happy with current job..good setup..i can learn at my own pace..but is it enough to take me to the next level? Tahlah..I'm still weak in few modules..CO.PS even assets..

So how i'm going to reach that level? Change company? maybe by going to a more challenging firm such as Acc**t**e? Ax*n?...then bile dh power br wat contract..But am i ready? Going there itself need good basic and experience..I still trauma from past bad experience...emm

Well..tahlah..to me..all i need is to find SISU....so then i can move to the next level and become same par as others...mcm bmw M3 dgn merc c63 AMG..haha another merapu metafor

My Weekend 4's....part 2

So sambung from previous entri..lps layan afternoon nap tuh...kat petang2 sikit terjun mandi laut lagi..huhu..this time ramai lagi kazen2 & anak sedara sbb yg balance 4 famili tuh dah sampe..
To make it spesel ade aktivit lepaskan anak2 penyu..emm..


So dalam kul 6.45pm tuh...manager resort & pegawai perikanan pon datang kat area beach tuh and bwk peti yg dalamnya ade anak penyu..actually bukan kat resot nie je ade...kat sepanjang pantai ada wat aktiviti nie...after kat 10 minit kene plak dgr taklimat dr pegawai nie akhirnya start..

Hahah..excited semua..budak2..orang tua...lps aktiviti tuh aku naik check bbq dah disetup oleh pihak resort...so bawak kuar la ayam2 , ikan & makanan laut lain yg dh siap2 marinate..kene bakar awal..nanti lambat makan lak...

So dalam kul 8pm start la acara bbq...bakar macam2..ayam,sosej,ikan dan lain2...order gak katering suwuh sediakan nasi goreng & bihun...

Beli kek besday for nenek..hihii.tp last2 yg tiup cucu2nya lak.Meriah & bestlah sambil2 borak2 sesama famili...event habis dalam kul 12am dgn perut yg gembira...emmm

Esok paginya ada yang sambung lagi mandi laut sblm check out...aku taklah..dalam kul 12pm semua check out...sblm tu gambo la ramai2..balik ikut jalan PD. dalam 1 1/2 jam sampe la KL...sampai rumah rehat2..mlm tuh ade big match liverpool vs man utd..emm

Family Gathering -Ismah Resort Pengkalan Balak

Soo..wikend baru2 nie ade sikit akviti family gathering....idea yang dicetuskan masa time raya arituh...venue nya kat pantai kemunting ..kat2 area pengkalan balak..originally plan nak wat time cuti deepavalli.tapi postpone sbb ade wedding kat Kuala Terengganu..tp aku tak polo gi wedding tuh..family aku jek..siot derang duk chalet best..RI-YAZ http://www.ri-yazheritage.com/. emm

Anyway this famili gathering kene gi la kan...selain dr tujuan utk merapatkan antara ahli keluarga..event ni pon for celebrate besday nenek..arituh sblm raya kene strok.al hamdullilah skg semakin pulih...aku kene la tolong2 sikit akak aku yang dilantik jadi organiser..Memula pon suggest gi tanjung tuan..area port dickson sbb ade shellnya apartment...tp sbb memandangkan jauh so tukar la venue...akak aku book chalet nie..ismah resort http://www.ismahresort.com/

So aku gerak la ari jumaat tuh..amek cuti...tp last2 gerak dr KL kul 5pm sbb adik aku ade pop quiz lak..ber4 dgn adik & mak..my sis dh gerak awal sbb nak organize bilik...sib baik jalan tak jem..tp sbb sesat2 sikit..sampai around 7pm++...sampe check in..book 8 bilik utk event nie...tp friday tuh just 4 family je datang..yg balance datang sabtu...


Basically the room looks OK to me...ala chalet..dont expect like hotel kan...still ade aircon..bed..almari...bathroom with water heater..


Cuma takde room phone and takde astro..tv biasa adalah...bagi aku kire OK la sbb bilik dia pon bersih and in proper condition..datang sini bukan nak duk dalam bilik je kan...ade sejadah..towel...ada soap je..lain2 tadek...room dia ade pelbagai saiz...

Lain2 fasiliti ade pool..tp aku rase untuk bebudak je la kot...dari mandi pool baik mandi laut kan..

And resort nie ade gak tmpt seminar room and large dining hall kalau nk wat majlis makan2 or barbeque yg bole direquest..nanti derang preparekan..


....malam tuh takde aktivit sgt..meriah sikit sbb ade lak dinner guru2 sekolah mana tah wat kat situ gak..turn in awal..esok byk aktiviti nak wat..

Saturday Beach ....

Morning..awaken by the sea breeze..memula jalan2 dl kat pantai..then layan breakfast. yg disediakan..... lps breakfast time to hit the beach..yehhaaa...

Emm. anak buah aku awal2 dah jalan kat pantai...bye all i'm going to the sea...


OK.changed his mind...wat hand print dulu kat sands beach hahhaha.Overall kire OK la beach dia..yup it's not the most beautiful but still offer the fun under the sun...Lps puas mandi laut..naik lah..bersih2 badan..rasa lapar lak...jalan2 kat area resort tuh..ade kedai makan. jual lempeng kelapa..cicah sambal..mmg layan makan tepi laut..

Balik lyn lempeng rehat2 kat bilik...time noon sementara wait orang beli lauk for lunch..gi la melawat penyu sanctuary kat area2 tu gak...


Poor penyu duk dalam kolam...nasib2..hehehe..balik tgk penyu layan lunch..derang beli asam pedas..layan..ikan fresh..nyum2..lps lunch layan afternoon nap jap..

Deko2 Raya...Bukit Tinggi Hill Climb Challenge & 111 days

DEKO-DEKO RAYA OPIS

So...raya fever masih on..gitu gak happen kat opis aku..nie semua sebab ade contez floor decoration.pada mulanya last 2 weeks ago takde sape pon amek kisah psl bende nie.. ade la hias2 sikit.just gantung2 kad raya,lampu raya..tetiba our HoD call for meeting..mintak suwuh amek serius contez nie...ok lah..cadang2 wat konsep kampung.combine malay+india...ade yang kene wat kolum..ade yg kene wat rumah..memula team sap fi/bw mmg aa nak mengelak..hahah.last2 kene wat gak..kene hias area belakang jadi cam dapur..masuk2 minggu lps.comptetion semakin sengit...floor2 lain pon giat menghias floor masing2...akhirnya judgement day..jumaat..semua orang kene pakai baju raya...judge datang kul 3pm patutnya..tp amek masa lama lak cek2 floor lain...last2 kat pukul 5pm lebih baru la datang.lps judge blah ade sikit makan2..lemang separuh masak.nasi himpit..rendang..etc...result tau esok (tuesday)..announce masa dinner raya..aku tak gi...harap2 menang..apa2hal bravo untuk semua for all the effort...hihi..enjoy the pix kat bawah

So..dalam kul 11++am aku pon gerak la gi dari rumah...dalam 11.20am sampe la kat guard house bawah tuh.. 1 jalan derang tutup untuk event nie...naik ikut jalan 1 lagi...time naik tuh kene cucuk la plak ngan 1 evo nie..aku bagi dia lepas je ahh.dah tentu keter lagi power...sampe atas aku tgk keter penuh kat exit jalan yang derang tutup tuh...aku terus gerak gi colmar..hotel rasmi event nie..aku rase kene bayar entrace fee..aku just tanya la pasal event nie.tp orang yang jaga tuh cakap masuk jek..free..tak pasti la dia bagi masuk sbb ingat aku nie organiser ke,press ke..haha yo2 jek..anyway..park la kat hotel tuh..mostly semua supercar tuh tgk park kat tengah2..so aku snap la photo

Next...aku gi la starting point race nie...masa aku sampe tuh event downhill for classic car dah nak abes..so kire aku miss la event downhill for all category...after lunch baru la sambung for uphill event lak..aku lepak la kat situ sampe kul 5pm.time nak balik tu ade la plak 1 ferrari nie tayar pancit..haha yang tolong lak ade group nie yang datang naik wira...yess.. konsep 1 malaysia pon exist pada setiap driver.hahah.time turun plak at the last 2 km sblm sampe bawah ade plak 2 biji porsche muncul kat belakang...aduh..terpaksa la gak aku melajukan keter aku.hahah..under pressure siot...dari average 70km-80km jadi to 80km to 90km..last2 aku bagi signal suruh derang potong lah..mane leh compete.gilo..Overall event nie gud lah...although aku takde excited sgt memandangkan most of the car aku dah tgk masa event supercar for charity dulu....aku tau kat malaysia nie ade orang pake bugatti, pagani...tapi cuma derang nie tak menonjolkan diri jek..come out2 where ever you are..hihihi.tp not all lost...aku dapat snap 2 keter legend...

Emm. by this time semua orang dah balik dr long raya holiday.harap2 semua ok,selamat & aman...

Mcm besa mmg jem..jem masa nak balik kg..jem masa nak balik dr kg..jem sbb nak gi open house..jem masa nak amek nasik kukus.haha tadi sbb byk kedai makan tak bukak lagi kan...So sabar je... pasti aman

Anyway taktik aku nk balik time org tgh solat jumaat tak menjadi..bajet2 tak jem.tp ade plak xcident kat area seremban..haha stuck kat 1 jam lebih.huhu.balasan tuhan...

Alhamdullilah raya tahun nie agak bermakna..walaupun persiapan ala kadar..emm..baju raya pon pakai tahun lepas..kuih raya pon cukup2 je.hihi sbb takde orang nak wat ..mak pon byk habiskan masa kat KL..anyway yg penting meriah...sbb semua orang balik tahun nie..balik sbb ziarah nenek yg kene strok 1 week before raya...mmg meriah klau semua orang ada...mmg habis kene bagi duit raya gak..hahha

Haha...anak buah aku yg tergejal..katanya duit raya dah cukup nk beli xbox 360.emmm..Aktiviti raya dipenuhi dgn melayan sedara mara datang beraya...malam2 lak duk melepak kat pak man pekena lontong goreng.Emm tak byk sgt gambo raya..gamba famili pon tadek.last sekali amek masa arwah abah ada kot.emm.Sabtu pagi chow balik KL..nak elak stuck jem plak..Any where OK la raya tahun nie..simple..meriah & aman

Tp yang paling aku tgh layan is this documentari from natgeo apocalypse second world war.Ade disiarkan kat natgeo every monday nite..apa yang menarik documentari nie based on the real footage...then dah dikalerkan supaya lebih menarik

Actually dah lama gak tak check out new launch car..arituh time mazda 3 pon tak check out lagi.Ala lagipun time2 financial crisis nie mmg takde new model kuar...balik2 facelift je. Anyway..check2 ade sneak preview of new MK6 Golf GTI, Scirocco & Passat CC kat Wisma Volkswagen on friday and saturday....Well...memandangkan golf gti is one of the thing must have in my life pasti la gi usha....

So on saturday gi la wisma volkswagen nie kat bangsar....park keter sembunyi2 sikit..malulah sbb yang datang tengok semua pakai gti..hihi.Anyway..masuk2 terus derangnya sales consultant greet and explain about the car..OK la frenly and informative...aku bagi soklan2 technical pon derang leh jawap..good..

Once called 'the rabbit' mase MK1 for pasaran north america...keter nie mmg icon and the original hot hatch car. Originally this is my 2nd favourite for hot hatch...the favourite is ford focus RS..tp memandangkan ford tak bawak masuk and the after sales service not really good..this gti would be the next car bila aku nak upgrade to C segment car..Well although it's not the most 'poweerr' (ikut tone JC bukan ijat) hot hatch but it's more practical make sense.

The Rocco...

Another car on display kat situ is scirocco GT...Well this car actually a relive balik from the original model dulu...This is more toward 2 door coupe..A few info about the car..

Anyway ade 1 lagi keter..passat CC..more like a 4 door executive coupe mcm merc cls class.All this car will be officially launched this november with price tag of Golf Gti RM 210k and scirocco RM 240k..yang passat cc lupa lak nak tanya.hihi.

The House-lights

After layan showroom then gi kedai lampu sbb nak beli lampu for the house..Kebetulan ade clearance sale...nak kene carik kipas..lampu living room dgn dining room..belek punya belek last2 angkat lampu gambo kat atas for living room...

For the dining room beli mcm kat gambo atas nie.Lampu2 nie ade 3 mode..camne 3 mode tuh? check out video below..hahha
