Day 4-6

Day 4....
So day 4 was good, besides my my juicer breaking down!!! It is ok I returned it and got a better one. The best part was putting on my skinny jeans and they were loose, only after three days. I could juice more and more with results like that. It is to bad it dose not help with the cravings every day around 600pm, pizza, chips, popcorn and every thing and anything that is slaty. I found Tomato juice helps with all the slaty cravings. So bring on the weekend!!!

Day 5....
So day 5 has not been so bad for me but mike is having a hard time because he has to work long long hours through the night. So he eat a meal so he could get through the night. Of course I slipped a little and had a bit or two of his thai. I think the big thing is to remember when doing any diet is that if u do slip get right back up and do not give up every thing just because u slipped a little. That has always been my problem but today I did and did not eat more then those little bits.

Days 6
Today was good. I had a lot going on so it was more easy to stay on track. It was also nice to have people start saying things like you look good. Things that help u keep going even when you found out that u did not lose any weight. Mike and I think that it may be because we have to much fruit in our juices but it also could be because we ate food the night before. So we are going to change things up.

Day 1-3

Juice diet day 1......
It is day one and I am feel good. The only thing I do not like is some of the juices taste gross but I have found some thing that helps with that it is Lemons !!! Now there are just some things that do not taste good no matter what u do with them or add to them.

Day 2....
This day was harder. I made a juice that was not good at all and all I wanted was a pizza. So when mike came home and said let's order a pizza it took every thing I had to say no. Then after that we both went back in forth with tempting each other with things we could go eat but in the end we did it, we went to bed after making a good juice and hoping that tomorrow will be better.

Day 3....
Day three we did it!!! On day three they said that things get better because your body adapts to the juice. Also after three days you should no longer have headaches, dizziness and being sleepy. I know it sounds bad but I have only really been sleepy and it is around 8pm at night so bed time anyway. I think today was good for me and mike because it gave us a new determination because we are seeing that it works. So now we just need to get to day 6.
