How to participate

• Fill out the required details at the top of the form.
• To vote, select from the dropdown options in any of the categories. You can vote in as few or as many of the categories as you wish.
• You can vote the same vendor in multiple categories.
• You may submit this form only once, and companies or brands that offer incentives of any kind will be disqualified.
• Feel free to share and encourage others to participate, especially across your social channels.
• After we tally the votes, we'll announce the winners in each category at the end of February.
