This is the Dream Motel that has fallen from its glory days. What used to be a lovely place to rest on your travels has fallen in to disrepair. Vagrants have destroyed the place and left it a mess. 1793 prefabs. I did not place a prevent building sphere so place your own or use Zone Manager to prevent players building. About the size of Oxums Gas Station. Has 11 rooms with bathrooms that have working showers, a front office and a laundry room. Each room has a its own light switch that works for 5 minutes and shuts off to save on server performance. Has a swimming pool with drinkable water and vending machines that sell some food and pookies so you can sleep in peace. One simple puzzle room that does not require cards or fuses. Place prefab, splat and topology files in your Custom Prefab folder and the .vprof in your Vending Presets for the vending machine to sell the right items or they will default to resources. Using the Sign Artist plugin really make the place pop with using your favorite movie poster on the outside marquee. Just go to google and select your favorite movie posters. This has parts of my game props pack like Ping Pong, Air Hockey and Foosball in the lobby. There are 2 Pookie claw machines that guarante a pookie prize. There are 5 slot machines and 6 Chippy arcade machines. There are two switches in the theater to turn on the lighting by the steps and turn off after 5 minutes to lower server load. I include a few images for the lobby signs. Just save them and upload them to your Imgur or whatever you use and it will create nice pictures for the lobby signs. There is one green card puzzle to get a blue card. No puzzle to it besides a green card swipe. Has 1 recycler. This is a recreation of a popular restaurant called Waffle House. It's about the same size as the Supermarket so it makes a great replacement to liven up your map and has similar loot. Works with the SignArtist plugin to create your own advertisement signs on the windows, it also comes with 6 google image files to use with SignArtist. Apply the Height Mask, Topology Mask, and Splat Mask. Don't forget to place a custom monument marker over it so players can see it on the map. Added a file of images to work with SignArtist. Welcome to the Farmers Market where you can sell you animal meats, eggs, fish, flowers and honey. You can even buy meat from the butcher so you don't have to face the wilderness and deal with scary animals to feed your team. It is based off the Abandoned Supermarket also known as the Spermket and has a similar size. Has 840 prefabs. Five different vendors and 14 custom invisible loot crates. Out of the 14 invisible crates you can get all the seeds you need to start your farm and even some honeycombs. The invisible crates take about 5-10 minutes to load the loot profile after server start up, until then it may have default small crate loot. Two vendors will buy animal meat and eggs. One vendor sells you animal meat. One vendor buys flowers and honey. The last vendor buys fish that you catch. All prices are based off vanilla Rust prices from vendors. Has 8 loot barrels, 1 medical crate, 4 food crates, 4 brown crates, 1 military crate and 1 basic brown crate. Welcome to Shart's Greenhouse. This is where any player can farm without a base. If using the GrowablesRepsawn plugin one building will constantly restock about every 15 minutes. If you don't use it then it's first come first server until a server wipe. I would recommend placing this in a temperate biome for the plants sake. All planter boxes and pots can be used even if you have the plant respawn. 14 large planters, 9 small planters and 12 single plant pots for players to plant any crops. Both greenhouses have growing lights and sprinklers. This has a footprint slightly larger than gas station and only 756 prefabs. The stable comes with 2 free rideable horses. There are 2 invisible crates behind the horse spawn that have horse dung in them to loot. The loot consists of 1 diesel spawn, 9 loot barrels, 3 oil barrels, 5 brown crates. 1 well pump, 1 level 1 workbench, 1 research table and 2 composters. Here i gift you a small prefab of a Radartruck with some basic loots. It is inspired by a cold war radar truck from russian army. There is a normal crate spawner, a toolbox spawner and 3 carparts spawners as shown in the pictures. There is Biome, Splat and topology included in the .zip file. I recommend using it on roadsides for the players to see it easily.
