A message from Founder, Jack Pattinson

” I’m incredibly lucky. I love what I do. It’s a joy to support and partner with schools, staff and young people across the country.

My passion for inclusive education stems from my own challenging experiences in school. I was very much the ‘square peg’. So, after leaving school I worked in and around education for several years before considering how I could best support purposeful change to benefit the children who technically belong in school but don’t feel like they truly belong. “
