Jeremy Swift is founder and CEO of Cordial. Cordial is a cross-channel messaging platform that is changing the way marketing & technology teams engage their customers. Before founding Cordial in 2014, Jeremy was a founding member of BlueHornet, a first-gen email marketing SaaS company that he sold to Digital River in 2004. He has spoken at leading industry events including DMA, eTail, Shop.org, OMMA and Mediapost. Jeremy attended Point Loma Nazarene University and lives in San Diego, CA with his wife and four children. He's an avid Husband, Dad, Entrepreneur, Runner, and Advocate of Mental Health. His other career ambitions involve supporting anti-human trafficking organizations & creating sustainable work in Africa through the use of technology, as well as helping other entrepreneurs successfully navigate the mental health journey of building a company.

Amy is passionate about growing teams and customer relationships. Amy resides in the Boston area and when not working she loves spending time with her husband and 2 boys.

Julien Sauvage brings over 15 years of technology experience to his role as CMO, having held senior marketing leadership positions at several prominent technology companies including Salesforce, Gong, and Clari. Throughout his career, he has specialized in developing category leadership and go-to-market strategies, with particular expertise in AI and marketing technology solutions.
Adam Gillespie

Adam Gillespie is a diehard technologist who led BlueHornet as Chief Technology Officer through to acquisition by Digital River. He assumed various architect and engineering leadership roles during his time there. All the while launching BandFarm, a site/service designed to help budding artists market and promote their music. Adam is a co-founder, CTO, and visionary for Cordial. Taking this idea from a cocktail napkin and scaling it for hundreds of customers and millions of digital interactions, he is Cordial's not-so-secret weapon. If he's not on his laptop, you might catch Adam on a wave one early morning. For those that meet Adam, he personifies the qualities we value most in Cordial, smart people, stretching the limits but doing so in a Cordial way.

Rob is Head of Strategy and Insights at Cordial. He has spent his career on various sides of the retail table - as practitioner, industry analyst, strategy consultant, and software executive. Rob’s worked with executives worldwide to help them accelerate digital transformation. He was most recently VP and GM of Retail and Consumer Goods at Salesforce where he led Product Strategy and Industry Insights. Rob's a member of NRF’s Digital Council, one of 50 top Retail Voices by NRF, a RETHINK Retail Top Expert, and on the Executive Leadership Committee for the Retail AI Council.

Jair Verçosa is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur. With over 20 years building high-impact SaaS products and data-driven businesses, Jair possesses a rare blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership abilities. As Engineering Director at Carta, he pioneered platform infrastructure advancements leveraged by 300+ engineers. And as Co-Founder of Flieber, Jair built an international 20-person engineering team that empowered retailers to optimize multi-million-dollar inventory decisions. His talent for inspiring innovation has delivered transformative solutions for companies worldwide in finance, retail, construction, healthcare and beyond.

He has also mentored and grown with companies of all sizes, ranging from three-person startups to Fortune 500 companies. Stephen is a results-oriented leader who is passionate about building cohesive team cultures and solving real-world problems efficiently and effectively. He is also a highly motivated and self-directed individual who is always willing to go the extra mile.

Katie Chandler

Katie Chandler brings over 15 years of finance and accounting experience to her role as VP, Finance, overseeing Accounting and FP&A. Katie has led Finance teams at companies of varying sizes including building out the FP&A function at JUUL Labs. Throughout her career, she has specialized in streamlining operations to focus on value-add activities and thrives when partnering cross-functionally and engaging as a thought partner. Katie spends her free time with her husband, son and daughter in Sacramento.
John Doub
VP, Solutions
John is accountable for creating and growing an exceptional technical experience for our customers. He has 25 years of experience in building high-performing teams across Professional Services, Implementations, Customer Support and Customer Success, implementing CRM, messaging, loyalty and commerce solutions across multiple verticals. He brings a focus on efficient operations and a passion for frictionless client engagement and technology integrations to a relentless pursuit to "make it easy". John lives north of Boston with his wife, 2 teenage boys and their goldendoodle, Lucky. When he's not watching his boys tear up the football field, John and his family enjoy tennis, swimming, boating and skiing.
