I used the software for several years, as it was good. But when the company was taken over the support became abysmal. My licence got screwed up during a renewal and I wasn't able to use the tool for several weeks because their support team was so inept. In that time I found "Xversion" - an excellent product and much cheaper - and have switched to that.

We were using our $79/year subscription license on a Macbook Pro that irrecoverably died. After 3 weeks of back and forth with their support, they finally confirmed that I couldn't deactivate the old MBP, and use the license on our new MBP. I needed to have access to the (now dead) MBP - which obviously isn't possible. So my license was lost and there's nothing they would do about it. I assume they'd have happily continued charging the yearly license fee though. Version 3 was great, but that's long gone now. We're switching to Versions.

Have been using V3 for the past 1.5 years because V4 is overpriced. The app works ok and makes it easy to use SVN but is just incredibly slow. Doing simple commits or updates on a large repository easily takes more than 10 minutes and even reading the log can take ages. Will switch to XVersion
