Grant Won His 1st Roping

Grant and Creed won 1st place in a 7.5 roping in Buckeye today!!  Winning Grant’s first buckle and $1190!!! Grant sure loves roping!! We re sure grateful for all the people who have helped him get to this point! ​

THANKSGIVING WEEKEND FUN

It was our year to have the kids for Thanksgiving so we tried to enjoy every minute with them!​

Grandma Boswell came and helped us make a homemade pecan pie and tarts! 

We were pretty excited about this! I think I ate half of this pie and Alec ate the other half!

Even Janey got involved in helping! 

Janey partied hard and got all bundled up relaxing on the couch….

Hunter wrapped her up and put her in the crack of the couch  I think she didn’t know what to do  plus we were watching The Grinch (the animated version) which is Janey’s favorite!

Next thing we know Janey is asleep!  She rarely falls asleep any place other than her bed so this was so fun to watch her drift off! 

The pecan pie and tarts were perfection!! 

We decided on no turkey this year as none of us really like turkey.  So Pit Boss Alec treated us to brisket, BBQ ribs, and pulled pork.

Everything was mouth watering delicious!!

We even had Texas Twinkies!!!

Homemade Mac-n-cheese made for some wicked Mac and pulled pork bowls with honey hot barbecue sauce!! YUM!

Then all the regular fixings!

Top it off with a dirty Dr Pepper and we had a feast suited for a king!  My favorite Thanksgiving meal yet!  

Lots of cuddle times with Janey!  And LOTS of The Grinch…  haha! 

Zoey loved Jiersten all weekend! 

Janey got extra love from all of Ella’s friends!  Pretty sure Janey thinks these girls come to play with just her! 

We enjoyed tinfoil dinner and kickball in the arena at the Judd’s to celebrate TDogs birthday!

We can’t wait to have our own arena and do some kickball games in it  

It was Janey’s first Sunday to got to nursery! 

I love this family!  They are my world! 

My kids sure pick awesome spouses who bring so much joy to our family! 

Be still my heart!  Being Janey’s Lala is definitely a slice of heaven on earth! 

We also enjoyed some chocolate milk with coconut cream snow ice.  This machine makes such yummy treats out of any liquid! 

The weather was perfect all weekend so after church on Sunday we enjoyed the day in the backyard  played some volleyball passing with Ella!

Of course Janey got her swing time in!

Derek came for the fun and we sure enjoyed having him! 

We played the shooting game which is always fun!

Love having time with Janey in the playhouse.  It’s absolutely magical!

Justin and I did a little shooting competition  keep in mind I just found out I need glasses for near and far sightedness but my glasses haven’t came in yet  so I was really having to guess as the glass bottles weren’t clear. 

I literally smoked him…. Haha!  It was hilarious!  Can you imagine how much faster I can beat him once I can see clear again?!? 

Yep my bottles are on the right and Justin’s are on the left🤣 

We have some much to be thankful for… our family being are greatest blessing and the knowledge of our Savior Jesus Christ!  Even if life is messy, we can always find things to be grateful for!  

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! 

Goodbye to Dr. Wilson

​All our boys have seen Dr  Rochelle Wilson, their endocrinologist, for growth hormone deficiency  

We love her so much!  But she is moving to Alaska with her fiancé and will only be in Gilbert part time. So sad to have to get a new endocrinologist  

So grateful for modern medicine that allows my boys to grow. Daily shots isn’t fun but grown taller is! 

Winfo Proposal

Grant is dating Aubree Bodine and we LOVE her!! ​she asked him to Winter Formal and from the look on Grant’s face he is pretty thrilled about it! 

Aubree has a lamb she shows, so we came up with this way to answer her. We had to keep the poster wording G-rated so Aubree’s parents don’t hate Grant…. lol! 

What a cool guy Grant is!! He is so fun and makes being his mom an absolute blast! 

How cute are they?!? 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ÆLDSTE CLUFF

Ældste Cluff turned 20 today!  The sister missionaries made him feel special on his birthday!  So sweet of them! But Logan bought himself the “Birthday Queen” sash!  Haha…. I love this guy! 

What a sacrifice for him and us. Two years is a long time!  But servicing the Lord and bringing Jesus to Denmark is worth the sacrifice!  Sure love him!  Happy this is the last birthday we have to be away from him!

Love these activity day girls so much!  We enjoyed a yummy Thanksgiving dinner and pies! 

They are so fun and I learn so much every time I’m around them! 

Games are always fun with these girls! 

The faces they made during the game Paranoia were sure entertaining! 

And when you’ve disclosed an answer you’re embarrassed about, you go find a panda head to come back to face the game!  Haha!
