The Big FOUR-OH

This year I didn't celebrate my 40th as wild and crazy as I had originally planned...surfing in California, the spa at Camelback Resort in Scottsdale, a trip to Ibiza (to play) or Belize (to scuba).  Instead, being 9 months pregnant I decided to do something a little more "low key"... dinner at my favorite Tex-Mex place, Pappacitos.  :)  

The cake made by my sweet hubby...sugar free!! :)

My boys.  I so missed having my girl there...she was at Sky Ranch that week.  :(

I was so happy that my sweet friend Kim could join us!

March & April

Day Two & Three: Hollywood Studios and Epcot

I forgot to upload last night (too tired!) so I will post for both day two and three.  Day two we spent the day at Disney's Hollywood Studios.  It was great (that's my favorite park!) and the kids had a good time.  Oddly enough, they kept asking to go back to the hotel and swim. (?)
Anyway, here are a few of my favorite photos from the last two days.

Day One: Animal Kingdom and Dinner at Epcot

Quick Hits:

1.  6 year olds and Expedition Everest do NOT mix.

2. Never ride a really great roller coaster on an empty stomach.  Definitely not a full stomach either, but maybe somewhere in between because neither has good outcomes.

3.  Bobble filter water bottles ROCK!!

4. Don't forget to bring the glow sticks bought at the dollar store at home.  Sure would help when they try to sell all the overpriced glowy things at night.

5.  Kilaminjaro Safari + perfect timing = great photos and relaxing ride!

6.  Via Napoli is soooo good but alot of food. Italy rules!

7.  Note to self: Please remember to CHARGE the camera battery before going to Disney World.

So - I took 238 photos today.  We'll see how many of those make the cut!  I have expanded "photo of the day" to 5 instead of just 1.
