Sort Functionality
Would be great to have the ability to sort results, like images (by file size) or colors (by instance count). That would help make the results more useable and actionable IMO. Great product overall - cheers!

Rulers & guides
I’d like to propose adding rulers and draggable guides to the CSS inspection toolkit, similar to what’s available in design tools and some designer-focused extensions. This would allow developers and designers to: Quickly inspect alignments and spacing across elements Spot layout issues, inconsistencies, and small visual imperfections Measure distances without relying on temporary CSS or external screenshots Verify grid systems, margins, paddings, and breakpoints with more precision Improve collaboration between design and dev by matching visual specs more accurately Having persistent rulers and guides directly in the browser would make layout debugging faster, more visual, and less error‑prone, especially for pixel‑perfect interfaces and responsive layouts.

Is there any shortcut to get out of Sidebar Mode?
After i enabled sidebard mode i only have inspector (there is no sidebar), and cant even turn it off. Please help

Remove Refresh Page after Exit the Extension
Can it be not refreshing the page as dev here after changes on devtools just to checkout the value easier via CSS Peeper then suddenly exit and boom :’) redo everyshuts again Or happened to be misclicked the extension which you were wanted to click the icon beside it and whole page of typed articles and boom 🤡

The CSS peeper is currently experiencing issues and is unable to launch.
I have just installed the extension and noticed that it does not respond when clicked, as the pop-up for CSS does not appear. I have been waiting for quite some time. I signed in and tested my account, and everything seems to be functioning well. However, in Google Chrome, although the extension is installed, it is not operational.

Option to "Open Side Bar" by default
Would be nice to have the option in account settings whether the “Open Side Bar” is by default or not. That way we can have a full overview of the inspected website without necessary popup overlay.

Overview Export
having the ability to export a nice PDF or HTML file for the overview would be super helpful to communicate issues with stakeholders/clients. Not sure if this was already discussed… but it would be a super helpful to have this as an option.

I really like your product-I see a lot of potential in this extension.
I would love to see the following features: Ability to select a component and copy-paste it directly into Figma. While inspecting, provide an option to edit the values. Based on the extracted data, allow the creation of a design system that can be imported into Figma via JSON. AI-powered features such as recreating or remixing components. This product should not just focus on inspection but also cover all these possibilities. I believe it has a great future ahead. Good luck to the team!

Introduce another tier in Pricing for min. 3 users called “Team” designated for agencies and design teams Create a new user type called “Team Manager” and enable them to manage licenses Existing CSS Peeper accounts who would like to become “Team Manager” should be able to be transformed into ‘Manager’ and invite team members. Build a new tab in Account, to enable “Team Manager” to invite new users via email, display the status if the account is active/inactive, and be able to assign/unassign licenses to the available seats AC: By default the plan should have up to 10 free accounts linked, with a limited amount of seats (min. 3 seats available with purchase) MVP: Plan accessible via ‘Contact us’ which would be an email. In future to reduce friction we can find a way to automate it, and offer teams plan available right away.
