Commitment To Service

DAPI is the only statewide alternative school environment for pregnant and parenting teens with a center in each county. The program has enjoyed an average 98% graduation rate of seniors for the last 4 years with a 98% rate in transitioning younger students back to their home school. ​The holistic approach to supporting the entire student results in above-average success in academic and health outcomes as well as giving a good foundation in life skills with the tools necessary for economic success.

For the past 6 years, DAPI has achieved a 100% graduation rate among its seniors. With an extremely challenged population, DAPI continues to use a focused approach to assist DAPI Daughters move ahead in receiving a high school diploma. In addition, DAPI Daughters continue to enjoy a 100% healthy pregnancy/healthy birth rate in 2022.
