Snow.... In Pima? YES!

Can you believe it! it snowed today in Pima!! It was beautiful, and so much fun to look at! but man it sure was cold!! Talin Loved it! he even went out and played in it! Emree wanted to also, but she would have got way to muddy, so she just watched through the window! Today was a good day!! Oh and I also got my contacts today, after many many years of living without any contacts, or glasses full time, I don't know how I survived! I had a pair of glasses, but after I had Emree my vision got worse, and the glasses didn't work for me. Plus I look hideous in glasses, so I just kinda wandered around being partly blind in one eye :) NOW I CAN SEE! its amazing!

This has got to be a good life

A month has gone by, and not much has changed, except my kiddos are getting older and older by the second! I wish I could just freeze time for awhile, and keep my kids young!! I love being home with them, and playing and laughing, and yelling, and putting in time outs, lol! I wouldn't change it! Talin has made a really good friend here in Pima named Dean! they are always together, and they get along so well! its so nice, because then he can entertain Talin instead of me constantly hearing "mom Im bored, and hungry, and I don't know what to do.." so annoying after the 10th time in a 5 min period! this kid needs to start kindergarten already! Can't wait till August, but then I am sure I will cry, because my baby boy is all grown up, and in school! Its like a lose/lose situation. I want him to not be bored, but then I want to keep him home with me! Oh well its life! As for little miss Emmy! she has got a temper like a teenager! she obviously gets it from her dad, because I for sure don't have a temper ;) she is all over the place now that she walks! she keeps up with her brother! she is super funny too! she loves to make you laugh! and you can't help but smile at her when she looks at you with those big blue eyes! so yes Life is Good! :)

Today we have Dean over playing all day, and I am loving it! I am getting so much done :) (like blogging, hehe) we went to lunch today with Grandma at Tastee freeze (yummy food place here in Pima) and now its relaxation time here at our house...kinda. At least for Emree it is :) Its been a good day!

Update...

In the past year, Darrell graduated from the respiratory Therapy program and got a job in safford at the Mt Graham Hospital. We moved here to Pima, which is about 10-15 min away from safford in September of last year, and we love it! I finally get to be a stay at home Mom! It took us almost 7 years, but I am so glad I am finally home with them! I missed a lot of things with Talin cause I was working, and I am just glad I get to be able to watch him, and Emree grow each day! they amaze me! I have definitely learned a lot of patience being home that's for sure! There are days when I want to pull my hair out, and lock myself in my room and sleep all day, but aren't all stay at home moms that way? right? please say yes! hehe!

Just recently we were down in Mesa for my older sisters daughter's baby blessing! It was way nice to see my family, since it had been about a month. Her daughter Olive was born on November 5th of 2011, and she is beautiful, and has changed so much since I last saw her! My younger sister is 4 months pregnant with a BOY, and we are so stoked! My older (younger brother) is preparing to go on a mission, and I am so so so proud of him! and then my other younger brother is almost in middle school! time flies! It seems like we were all just a bunch of kids not so long ago! I love my family and I am so thankful for them! I am truly blessed!

I have some fun pictures to post, and they are not all in order, but like I said in the other post, it has been almost a year since I was in the blogging world. Its time to play catch up! Plus I have time now that my kids are in bed, and the hubbs is playing basketball at the church! I now have some ALONE time! much needed!
